I think you got it wrong: it was the KFC-Iraq connection.

I was hoping they would have someone like Schippers or would deal with the Nichols-Phillipine connection, also. Oh, well, these facts that have been known to those of us working on the OKBIC report, and others like OKCSubmariner are finally being shared with the American public by major media now. I guess you could consider that major progress...

McVeigh said in that interview he gave that the only thing that ever bothered him was killing an Iraqi soldier in the Gulf War while he considered the OKC people collateral damage.

I don't know if McVeigh was lying or not, but I think his admission of killing Iraquis during the war is suspect. Granted, I was in the rear (with the XVIII Airborne Corp Commander), but from what I remember, there weren't very many firefights between us and the Iraqui soldiers. When we began movement northward, the Iraqui soldiers I saw were happy to see us! Most of them didn't even have ammo. Not only that, they were using trash bags as NBC protection. It was rather sad, but I was glad that the resistance was useless.

Jayna had too much info for me to digest in such a short time. I hope they nail these guys, should her info prove correct, and then nail the Clinton DoJ for turning a blind eye. Well, maybe they were just trying to keep from turning the US into a police state in response to local terrorist activities < /sarcasm >

It's been an interesting time watching this story slowly come to mainstream. If accurate, and I think it may be, this sheds light on the past administration's usage of the crime.

The OKC bombing was used as the springboard for the Xlin-Ton people to declare cultural war on militias, Christians, guns - the right wing in general. You know, the traditional enemies of marxists.

This killed many birds with one stone including covering-up the ineptness of that administration. The truth of who planned and executed the OKC murders should be thouroghly investigated. IMHO.

They hate Brokaw also? Seriously, though, I don't have a clue what NBC is.

I remember reading in Jones's book (I think) that McVeigh manned some sort of large caliber weapon, was an expert at it, and did hit at least one Iraqi. I believe it was backed up by people he served with.

Here is The Wall Street Journal piece on this, from last week.

Did any of you see Hastert when he left the meeting where Bush shared his evidence against SH/Iraq with Congressional leaders? Hastert looked like someone had stuffed a spicy sour pickle in his mouth -- and maybe somewhere else, as well. One can't but wonder (and hope) that Bush will (finally) reveal the strong links between SH/Iraq and the Murrah bombing as additional justification for eliminating SH & his regime.

Good one!

But seriously, I apologize. I should have known not to use military jargon since we have a lot here, like you, who don't know what I mean.

"NBC" stands for Nuclear, Biological, Chemical attacks and the protection against such attacks.

U.S. soliders on the ground are equipped with MOPP4 (Mission Oriented Protection Posture) such as chemical suits and protective masks. I was just comparing what we had to what they had, which was really nothing.

That goes to show that if Hussein doesn't care about his own soldiers and their welfare he most certainly doesn't care about what he does with his military.

Thanks. WMD I would have picked up. Plastic bags as protection? At least they know that Saddam wouldn't think twice about exposing and killing them. We will need people like that to help us after the shooting stops.

The Friday WSJ Editorial Board segment on CNBC last week had a Senior Editor who had been going over much material on the OKC Bombing and was giving some pretty big hints that there were a lot of unanswered questions and there was a possibility that there was foreign involvement! The implication that they might be chasing a developing story seemed pretty clear!

They were apparently referencing the article at post #27.

They must do the show prior to Friday!

Great_catch_at_the_Beach!!!

David Schippers has finally helped this story grow legs and I still have hope it'll finally pull the covers on both Saddistic Heusein and ol Billybentpecker!!! They both really have it coming to 'em!!!

They both think they really put one over on the Americans that they both despise and harbor contempt for.

That's ok, he who laughs last... Billie & Saddam, "be sure your sin will find you out."

We're being funneled into the pen by experts.

Those of us who are usually (sneeringly) called "tin foil hatters" have read since 1997 (maybe '98) about McVeigh's meetings with "former" Iraqi soldiers who were settled in or near OKC. We've read about their meetings in local bars and the wad of money McVeigh was flashing shortly before the bombing.

Some of us even predicted that this information will come out if the government decides it needs a war with Iraq.

As for CNN, Fox and WJS, when they start reporting on the involvement of Dr. Louis Jolyen West (late court appointed psychiatrist of Jack Ruby, expert witness on mind control at Patti Hearst's trial and "former" MKUltra director) we'll start believing in their independent investigative skills. In the meantime, I think it's strange that these three particular news organizations come to the story now; CNN catches people on the left, Fox catches those on the right and the Wall Street Journal is aimed at mainstream. Very clever, these news releasers.

Well I wholeheartedly believe that OKC and Iraq are connected and the morons who would like to label me as tinfoil hat are just not ready to face reality. I hope and pray that GWB announces that OKC and Iraq are connected then this would prove what a fraud Clinton was, (not that we already don't know that).

But my father who is the most skeptical person in the world even told me that he believed Saddam Hussein was behind Flight 800. This surprised the heck out of me considering this came from him who never is a man to jump to conclusions without solid evidence.

To sum it up the Hitler of the Middle East is behind more than most want to admit and our friends in the media and the Clinton Administration/NTSB spent many years covering everything up.

Yep. I caught that segment. I'm glad Jayna Davis hasn't let this drop. I suspect details will dribble out over the next couple of months, as the facts of the Iraqi involvement will bolster the case against Saddam.

The gov't can just claim that they were investigating it all along...no coverup here!

I always knew something seemed missing in the gov't theory of the OKC bombing, and I don't consider myself a tinfoiler. It all fits together--the missing John Doe #2, McVeigh's strange quasi-pacifism and Iraqi sympathies, etc.

Seems this is finally being made public. We have been discussing this on FR for quite some time. I suppose the reason it is being told now is to help prepare the way to attack Iraq, which will be the second phase of the War on Terror, and not just a separate war as has been suggested.
