I remember all the "Limbaugh is really a liberal" stories that came out during the first few years after he went national.

Question related to AM radio. Just got a new car - the AM recption is atrocious! "Clip" is on, but I can't pull in my LOCAL AM station for more than a few miles, let alone WLS, which I was able to do on last 2 car audio systems.

Any FReeper tips to save me from NPR and other vile alternatives?

What became of that British liberal on the west coast? My recollection when he was on in NYC was that he would just interview lots of liberal guests and let them spout off any BS they wanted, while usually not explicitly taking positions on things himself.

You must be thinking of Michael Jackson. For years he was #1 in the mornings on KABC. Then he got fired when the station changed directions. He was on a minor station in LA for a while. I moved out of LA so do not know if he is still on or not. By the way he was from South Africa.

Liberals don't do well in AM talk radio. It must be pointed out that they are doing just fine, thank you, in FM talk radio o/w known as NPR o/w known as CommieRadio.

Not to mention the rest of the spectrum, audio and video. Why drive a beat up Hundai when you own a Jaguar?

Exactly. They view us as subhuman and therefore not entitled to the same rights and tolerance as everyone else. It's inconceivable to liberals that anyone could honestly disagree with their ill-considered, touchy-feely point of view.

(Of course, we tend to view them as both arrogant and stupid.)
