Media VS Dubya

Since his run for governor of Texas, the liberal, unimaginative, whining media ("they") have consistently been wrong in their description of Dubya. Here are some examples you may remember....

Poor Ma. Nobody cares what she thinks anymore, not that it stops her mouth from constantly running. She was an absolute fountain of wisdom with Larry last night. She reminds me of Bill and Hill -- they are all totally without class or grace.

She's a shameless hussy!!

I'll do a Bartels and James: thanks for your support.

If this helps to wipe the smirk off just one liberal's face, it is worth it.

This is a cool thread. I'm actually chuckling at all the lame tries to trash our GWB by the media. They really are beginning to sound desparate. Thank God for the internet and Fox and other news outlets.

My fantasy this week is that Saddam will drop dead and the people of Iraq will start dancing in the streets and a new, democratic government will take over immediately. Well, I'll pray on this for a while. Never know :-)

My take on this is that we may not have to go to war. I would not be surprised if Saddam is ousted in an unusual way. Wouldn't that be a hoot?

Yes, I have also noticed that - and I remember during the campaign for President, I sent email after email complaining about it. The worst pictures were always on Drudge. He really got it from me.

Hey, you did really mighty fine. Good Job! Excellent observations too!

I find it so ludicrous that the regular media paints President Bush as being a blithering dunce, frat boy, and VP Dick Cheney is the man in charge and at the same time rally around the democrat leadership when they cry "what did Bush know and when did he know it." Like all of the sudden he is really smart.

As for frat boy, I haven't heard of any excessive expensive taxpayer funded parties raging on from morning to night at the White House, or over-night bed and breakfast romps for a mere $100K contribution going on in the Lincoln Bedroom, or any so-called hot hollywood types mucky muckin' it with the Bush's. So where is the frat boy?

Moreover, everyone knows who the President is, but what can I say, most everyone knows what the regular media is too and it ain't got any of that "gravitas" stuff either.

That would be the absolute best. I hate the thought of our guys having to go in there again. I'm hoping that the coalition that we had the last time will really rally with us, and, that the opposition forces in Iraq will know, that this time, we'll give them the help they need - and they can do it themselves. Saddam taken out by his own people would be so righteous.

I remember a montage of voices, I think Rush did it, saying that Bush did not have "gravitas". It was like that was the word of the day and they all had to use it. It was hilarious.

Rush was talking about this yesterday, speaking of 'frat boy', the criticsm was that W is a party-going frat boy who can't be taken seriously and now the snippy magazine, W, is complaining that the Bushes are so dull they don't throw parties for the social set to be seen. The President has small gathering of friends and they end early, and that's no fun for the snob set.

It is so comforting to have adults in charge again. Imagine, real people with real friends, who don't need to impress the Barbra Streisands of the world.

Bless you! This is a keeper! They have been consistantly wrong about this wonderful man and I suspect they will continue to be. They just don't get him. He lets them talk and talk and talk and then he quietly comes out and makes fools of them. Do they learn? No, and that's to President Bush's benefit. Look how happy it makes us every time he squashes them! His speech to Congress on 9/20/01 still makes me cry and so did the one at the National Cathedral. Yesterday's speech to the U.N. was rattling in its clarity and he made a huge impact on the delegates. This "cowboy"....is changing the whole freaking world.

They said he lacked intelligence, but he continues to confound and confuse those that consider themsevles erudite and sophisticated.

SUPER, gramho!! It's even better all put together than it was in pieces!

Every point you make is so very true, and you say them all so well! THANK you!!

The fact that he continually confounds the elitists reminds me that President Bush possesses Godly wisdom because he has asked for it. The leftists will never figure him out.

Well girl, you done good!! It is amazing how the media just can't seem to get past their pre-conceived notions about conservatives in general and Dubya in particular. Here's hoping they never DO get it!!

Even to the utmost grain:--that you shall read
In your own losses if he stay in Bhagdad.

Goodness gracious, we have a BARD amongst us! Well said, dasboot!
