Mohhamed Butt.... that STILL kills me, even days later...

....even after you're proven innocent, some people like the CEO are not accepting that. It's extremely prejudiced and unfair."This was said by the father of one of these yahoos. On the contrary, I think the CEO makes his position clear, while at the same time not dispargaging anyone.
Mr. Choudray, methinks thou doest protest too much.

Butt is in the United States on a visa. Hmmmm. I thought he was a citizen. I guess not...?

I rather enjoyed that name also... :^)

Well, Mr. Mohaammed Butt (isn't that like heresy against the Islamic Faith, to make references to the Great Prophet's body parts?) should have his Visa revoked...
To: janetgreen
I hope they don't issue a Fatwa against us for that...

With those three "students" there, I would avoid that hospital at all costs. Hospital did the right thing.

"The situation used to be Americans are innocent until proven guilty. Now it's the other way around," Choudhary's father, Javed, said in Sunday's South Florida Sun-Sentinel.""Profiling" is inevitable. Three single, young, moslem men, joking about 9/11 should be enough for suspicion even if they DIDN'T blow through a toll-booth with cars that were tagged by the dogs for explosives.
They should be thankful they aren't in Gitmo.

And even after you're proven innocentI must have missed that part.

But authorities say the frustrated students, responding to the perceived ethnic slight, did make some off-color remarks designed to inflame the suspicions. It worked. The nurse called the cops.
Guess these guys weren't quite so innocent.
You have to remember though, that this is what some of the police are saying. Other police officers have stated that they are not sure. The men themselves have not said that they did this. They are still innocent until proven guilty. Just as you would be if someone accused you of making statements such as this.

Just listening to Gary McNamara reading the news story about the emails received by the hospital ... I wonder how many of the "hate emails" were generated by CAIR in order to build a case?
I know my first reaction was to see what LE did ... not to immediately bombard the hospital with hate mail. This lines up with the sister - who was also to intern there - said about the "bigoted, ignorant Southerners." Anyone agree?

Time will tell. May be that when these guys start filing lawsuits, that much more will come out. For instance if they deny 'saying anything', and continue to suggest the Eunice made it all up... THEN we may hear from Eunice's son, who can corroborate that these guys did indeed say things to incite suspicion.
Some good cop, bad cop being employed with the story?

What makes you think that she is the one who started the whole thing?

The Miami Herald article posted here recently.
Sorry, I don't know how to do the link.
