If our government did this, most of Hollywood would be in prison.

I recently watched this EXCELLENT movie for the first time. I was very surprised to see the enemy portrayed as they were. IF the account of Hal Moore is accurate, I would say that he is a wonderful soldier and a much more wonderful human being and that he gave humanity to those often vilified in the telling of his story. It made me see the that BOTH sides fighting were men and boys doing what their countries told them to do. Honestly, when they showed the bodies of the enemy stacked up and the young Vietnamese soldier's wife at the end, I was moved. I saw nothing that this actor did or said in the movie that could or should be considered anything to label him a "traitor" to his county. I thought he was pretty good in the movie. The comment this actor made at the end of the movie actually showed concern for the lives of all men who would die in the war. At least, that is how I interpreted it.

The more publicity here, the better.

He was an awesome actor.. if he was smart, he would MOVE away, and take his whole family with him. He would be very successful in the US or elsewhere. Why stay there?

Another worthless move by another worthless world communist nation. And to think, the
democr@ps want America to continue to be more like Vietnam. Which POTUS normalized relations with this worthless nation of communists? Which US Senator owns the largest Budweiser distributorship in the worthless People's Republic?
