But if we do that, what then are we to make of ourselves when we glance in the mirror and see our reflections tainted in blood?
There is one way to take back our ----- (insert country, children, morals, traditions, Constitution, culture and other words as needed); one step at a time, one American at a time, marching forward and living each day with our thoughts and actions predicated on the truths we hold dear.
The combination of Gramscian cultural resculpting, orwellian preemption of the language, fabian tyranny from the judiciary, and the dumbing down of our future generations through socialized education is an assault, but not a violent one as an army breaching the defenses of a castle. These anti-Western, Anti-God creeds work against our beliefs insidiously, much as water undermines the foundation upon which a house is built.
We wonder, "how did it come to this?" - it has, and continues to chip away at our beliefs and our nation one day, one person at a time. This is how we should undo the damage as well - one day, one person at a time. Of course, this requires that we live our freedom and embrace it, every day, every moment. For ourselves, our families and our fellow Americans!
We can't expect to have victory "on the cheap"; as long as we have self-doubt ("what can I, but one man, do about this??"), or resignation at the futility of anything we might be able to do about it (ie:..."I won't vote for Bush because it doesn't matter...") - the enemy knows these as weaknesses through which he can further insinuate into the breach - thus increasing our self-doubt &/or resignation a little bit more, until more of us allow ourselves to fall into inaction.
"Freedom is a lesson that must be learned and defended by every generation" - don't wait for someone else to show you the way.

What is not to love ?
High taxes, government regulations, the toleration of illegal aliens and possible terrorists, the erosion of national defense, gun grabbing, political correctness, the dumbing down and drugging of children and the deliberate corruption of their morals, the anti human element pervading in the environmental movement, the norming of abortion, euthanasia, divorce, homosexuality, and other issues, are manifestations of the Gramsci factor.

As far as turning it around, Europe in the past century is a good example of that difficulty. After being delivered from various such evils at great cost, the people invariably drift back into systems that differ from their previous horror only by shades or flavors.

I am so surprised when I try to explain this to others.
So many refuse to believe we really have so many “Gramscian Operatives” working in our government to subvert this nation.
Perhaps it's beacause this particular dog never slept. Everything I said on this thread in 2002 applies today.
As for Europe - or Eurabia, as we might as well call it - the demon of Islam is now dancing on their empty altars. They're going to pay a terrible price for their particular brand of smug, godless secular humanism. Europe's choices are coming down to either slavery and dhimmitude or blood and horror. My guess is that they're going to get a hefty dose of the latter regardless of what they do. History is my witness.
