FYI - the area of this latest shooting is considered a good part of town. This shooting is not likely a drug deal gone bad.

Seems to me that if this is the sniper, and he now has chosen to do this at night, he is truly playing up the 'I am God' thing. Wouldn't surprise me if the next calling card started with, 'like a thief in the night...' My guess is this guy has a DVD collection of some of Hollywood's best movies.

Rt 234 completely blocked off Four helicopters in air now. White van/panel truck being looked at by police. People unable to get home. Area blocked off.
