Sound advice. Practice.

Obviously, our sniper criminals have practiced too. All those shooting range reports make perfect sense now. They're here, and fighting their way out, to link up with their brothers. Their sisters are slaves.

Get well, and enjoy life in this wonderful country.

Decisions, decisions.I think I could maybe take 'em by the pickup load and I've got three old working trucks I could fill to get 'em all home. :O)

No,wait a minute,I taught MRs.FT to shoot and it might be best not to crowd her, someone could get hurt.Could I keep 'em at your place?

RBA,have you seen anything on these new NAA cartridges and if so what do you think about them?I really would like a tiny spare for my wife. She likes her NAA revolver but I'm afraid she might not do too well in a tight spot with a SA 22LR.

She's a good DA shooter but isn't fast enough for me shooting SA.Somehow, she just doesn't get the hang of getting a hammer back repeatedly.

Shooting range has been roughly between 100 and 200 yards.

If you like a .380 at all ,have you tried a Makarov?

My outfit and I like them.

Sometime if you get a chance, even in a week or two,and don't mind I would appreciate any more thoughts (at all) you have on those two new NAA rounds.Particularly a comparison to each other or more established loads.I'm truly interested in your ideas on them.

I could use nicer pistols for myself but it doesn't seem right to pack mud and sand in a quality gun and I'm hard on gear. Now that I've had nice stuff all my life,I seem to get more real pleasure out of what most people would consider cheap or junk.I always try to make sure my family has good stuff but even my kids like the little Jennings 22 and NAA to play with sometimes.

Well,I've really diverted this thread for my own BS it looks like and should be ashamed of myself. It's sure helped me get through a rough night and day though. You can't know how much I've been helped by your keeping my mind working even a little bit. Many thanks to you and sorry to everyone else for my diversion.

There are lots of threads about the nightmare...some excellent, a few need to catch up. Lots of folks have told me they really like the firearms information though...and that seems to be the greatest deficiency of the less-useful threads anyway.

We'll veer back now...but I knew you needed help focusing a little...having been there myself...and believe it is important to keep eachother together in these days. I hope we haven't bored our friends here...but it was a needed side trip! I enjoyed it too. Will find out more, and report soon.

I think the .32/.380 is reasonable, though custom loaded...but I question the smaller one on the .32 case...since it is semi-rimmed...and already doesn't stack too well in the magazine...but haven't heard complaints ever...I could just be a suspicious pup...which I've raised to a fine art, evidently!
