Handguns are over-rated. The short barrel tends to make it harder to be sure that the weapon is always pointed in a safe direction. The short sighting plane makes it difficult to shoot accurately at longer ranges.

At indoor and patio distances a shotgun with coarse birdshot is effective. At longer ranges a carbine-type rifle with a cartridge that results in fairly light recoil should be your choice.

As the sniper shows, its not how quickly you fire, how many shots you get off, or the distance that you can hit from that counts. It's whether you can kill with the first shot.

It's from the " NEW PALLADINI TAROT DECK ". I don't know how available it still is; however, it was published by U.S. Games in 1996. It is NOT a " rare " nor valuable deck.

The person, who left this card, knows nothing at all about tarot crads ; that's patently obvious. He may have stolen it from someone, or bought it a long time ago and never bothered to learn anything about it.

The death figure on the New Palladini tarot deck is a woman with beautiful, long, blonde hair, a very sad expression, and snakes intertwined in her hair. Reminds me of paintings and drawings of themselves done by mental patients.

It's a very powerful, very disturbing image, very personal, not remote or serene like death on, say, the Rider-Waite deck.

It may be that the person chose this card to symbolize himself/herself because it reminds him of how he sees himself/herself. If the person is a woman, she may see herself, as an ambiguous person who is both appealing sexually but deadly. If the person is a man, this may represent his relationship with important women in his life, perhaps his mother, perhaps a lover.

What do you think?

After looking at the card some more, what I took for hair may be a cape, or some other cloth. I've never seen the card before so it's hard to see on my monitor.

It is a very sad person, whether male or female. It would surprise me very much if the person had not been institutionalized before, mental institution or juvenile detention/jail/prison.
