The hunt for the D.C. area's Psycho Sniper took two huge leaps forward yesterday, as sources revealed detectives have a video that may hold the maniacal mass murderer's face - and officials released a composite picture of a white box truck believed to be the cold-blooded killer's ride. A surveillance tape reportedly caught a suspicious person during Wednesday evening's attack on a 53-year-old engineer, who was killed in Manassas, Va., by the mystery gunman who police say has killed eight and wounded two in his spree.

I am still sticking with my original prediction. A hired sniper who saw duty in Sarajevo or Chechnya (where women and children were routinely hit by snipers). I though it might be ex-Spetsnaz but another Freeper informed me that Russians hate muslims and would not take their money. Then again, when Russian mobsters first got to our shores they used to kill people for $ 100.00. Maybe they would reconsider if they are getting paid $ 50,000.00 from the oil sheiks for each kill.

So far the weekends have been quiet. Should that tell us something? On a couple of threads I noticed some shooting time charts and some Islamic prayer charts. I did not put the two together, but am now considering spending this afternoon gathering that information and putting it into little spreadsheet to do a side by side evaluation. Would a mulsim shoot someone during prayer time, immediately after or immediately before? The results could prove to be interesting. All types of theories could come into play, what direction did the shots come from? Was he always shooting to the west or east or random? All these little bits of information could lead to another theory of some type.

I am listening to the morning news and having a laugh at the spinsters. They are speculating on race, age, educational background, employment, what they read, and all other sorts of garbage. The feds needs to remove their hotel from their alpha and get with the program. They even said he is a psychopath - if in fact he is a muslim on a mission I hardly classify him as a psychopath.

So what happened to the white Chevy Astro van (truck)? This was described by men who worked at a gas station across the street. I would think they would know their trucks and cars better than the average person. One of them said there were two people.

Another witness described two Hispanics? What happened to that witness? If it doesn't fit into theit white male scenario, is the information being dismissed?

Say, wait a minute, we have been hearing the profile of the likely shooter and it is always a "white male." Okay, but consider this; we are not allowed to profile Muslim terrorists. We can profile an UNSEEN shooter as a white male, a shooter that has killed 8 people, but we cannot profile Muslims that we KNOW murdered 3,000 people and are terrorist thugs?! What is going on here, and why haven't the talking heads at Fox News picked up on this inconsistency?

Note even the cops, with the picture, questioned an innocent look-a-like.

Might have been eliminated by subsequent investigation. IIRC, a dog hit on a gunpowder scent in the vegetation of a "traffic island" sorta deal in front of a HoJo across the intersection.. on the other side of the Virginia trooper.

I only heard this once though, so it may be partially or entirely inaccurate.
