Why can't they IMMEDIATELY cut into ALL media: TV, Radio and announce the location it happened. People in vehicles can spot, watch and possibly tail suspect.

They can Digital Camera or video tape. They can look out home and apartment windows to watch.

Opera is a little behind the Java/script curve, but Mozilla has stunned me with its stability and near-IE level of compatability. I'm partial to the "modern" theme, fwiw.
