The Law states that you will assume the innocence of the individual until it is proven to the contrary.
You obviously have no use for the Law.
The Friday after Patricia O'Dell was released from jail her lawyer convinced her to have the fingerprinting and mug shot taken.
When Patricia completed the process the 'police officer' told her that if she is found 'INNOCENT' the fingerprints and photos would be destroyed!
Found INNOCENT???? In other words, it has already been determined she has been found guilty by everyone except a jury in a court of law!
This is scarey stuff because these are the people who are getting paid to protect us. Geeeeeze!
