Take a serious look at Netcaptor (Uses IE 5 or 6)! Easy way to manage multiple windows and helps with popup ads!

I did get View partial source to work under XP but not the rest of the nice tools with Ie 5.5

Tabbed browsing in
Mozilla and
Opera. Additional tabs take up less memory than whole new IE Windows.
And Moz has a lot of great built in stuff, email, HTML editing, Jabber Client, personal profiles, etc.
It's really all I use these days.

Yes!
At the moment with XP Pro and 512 M I have 31 windows open!
So you can load up memory very easily!
May have to restrain yourself as you set it up!
There are features I don't use much , like the captor groups! Have not had much time to experiment with the latest .
Actually I am running the Pro version but not much different from the free version.!
