No the fact that he was not Muslim should not absolve him. It should be obvious that a substantial part of Islam is at war with us, and while it is not every Islamic person that should be deported, we should at least deport any non-citizens that show any sign of being alligned with elements that are anti-American. In fact that can go for any non-citizen that does anything against any citizen or property thereof in this country. Isn't fascinating that an Islamic murderer who terrorized an entire region managed to put out an indecipherable message via the police and the only thing in it that makes sense is the spelling: LADIN. And that bin Ladin is hate America's leading murderer.
