Yes, sadly. But the worst part is -- and Trulock was great! -- his speech was interrupted and he never got back on. I *do* hope he decides to post his speech for us all the hear it. He was definitely GOING to be my favorite speaker.

He didn't get to speak except for a few minutes. The Iraq guys showed up, and he couldn't be heard. I did hear him say, "Great timing.", as he left the stage. He didn't come back and finish his speech.

'Course, we could rename this post "Belated Free Advice from Those Who Neither Came Nor Contributed," but that would be mean-spirited. ;) So let's not. After all, for all we know, perhaps everyone *is* an expert. Maybe the reason God gives you and the others the chance to actually do the work is in order to permit you to rise to that expert level that others have already achieved.

For your information, I was a proud and ardent smoker for 40 yrs. I loved 'em and I resented all the smoking gestapo crap I've seen evolve.

Smoking is one of the freedoms we all could enjoy, before the PC crowd set upon free people and demanded "pure" air. They burn my banana and I'll fight for your right to smoke any time and any place you want. But the sad truth is that the PC crowd (and Hollyweird) have turned the simple act of taking a drag into a semi-felony.

And for the record, I was forced to quit. You see, I'm now dying from my addiction. OK?

It’s just really important for the left to simple deny inconvenient facts. Now we’re all paid. Wow, good thing the Iraqis were fake, huh? Because otherwise the anti-war crowd would have to deal with *reality* and face the facts that Iraqis don’t want the solution that they claim is best for Iraq. I watched on CSPAN as the lefties declared that Iraqis *would* agree with them. Even as, blocks away, actual Iraqis were saying: nope, you’re misguided, we think military intervention will cause less bloodshed in this case. This could be a BIG PROBLEM if the Iraqis who spoke are real. Hence, the left declares them fake and dusts their hands.
