I had you all in my clipboard on that other post that was so slow I gave up!
I hope you'll take this to heart, and pass it on.

This is driving me nuts, the way everything is so slow. I played a game waiting for this window to open up! But I waited, because I wanted to bump this.

I'm not taking any chances. I'm buying breakfeast for some of my family members that I know need a push to get out. Then I'm driving them personally to the polls in their respective polling places. And I have my fellow employees fired up to vote, and we get off early enough that if they admit they didn't go vote they will hear about it all day long.
When I think of the men, and their families that have paid the ultimate price for this priviledge only to have a vile bunch of scum void the votes of legitimate citizens and turn our elections into a Banana Republic I want to go to war. If we really knew how much their fraud and election tampering has taken our country into it's present destructive direction we would be at war with them for real.
Please urge your families to "lock n load". Lock the front door, load the car up to capacity with voters, and go vote.

Is that right about record lows in voter turnout expected? Here in Tennessee early voting just ended today (or maybe yesterday) and they're saying that there were more early votes than ever before and they're expecting above normal numbers voting on election day. I can't imagine with the importance of these elections that there were be the normal apathy we've gotten used to.

I've taken the liberty of sending that link all over the web... it will get seen.

Amen, and dittoes to all that, but especially:

I have no doubt that the 1992, 1994, 1996, 1998, and 2000 elections saw escalating levels of vote fraud, buying of votes, bussing of questionable "voters," and all the other tricks we have seen the left pull... and the wife & dog are bugging me, must go offline!

Thanks backhoe.
TakeBackCongress.org is definately getting money to senate candidates in the key states. I hope it is generating volunteers, also.

Is that right about record lows in voter turnout expected? That's a really interesting question... I kept seeing that tidbit- that turnout was supposed to be at record lows- but after the Wellstone incident, it appears both sides are trying to really get out the vote.
Naturally, that's what the election will really hinge on- the more successful side will win. I've been trying to get people energized, and informed... it will be interesting to see how all this tactical manouvering plays out.

vote-fraud The Houston FReeper Chapter has 2 election judges and 2 poll watchers among us (I'm one of the poll watchers) I voted this past Tuesday and although I found the new E-Slate system easy to use, I predict mass confusion here in Houston. This will probably be followed by legal challenges by the Left. Vote early folks!

getting money to... candidates-I'm really glad to hear that- money isn't a cure-all, but without it, people don't get exposed to competing ideas.
I guess this is as good a place as any to plug this:

Let me tell you a story, admittedly one on my hometown level, that tells me "the natives are restless" out in voter-land... maybe much moreso than all the rubbish you see in the press would indicate.
I just learned via local talk radio that an increase in our city property taxes of 43% has been rescinded- due to massive, angry citizen turnout at last night's city commission meeting.
Even more signifigant than the numbers of people ( witnesses say they were "swamped..." ) who came to protest was the fact that prior meetings rarely had a single citizen show up.
On another local issue, I have heard repeated, angry ( angry? No, furious! ) calls to "axe the head of the local school board..."
This is signifigant because the school board budget drives the county budget- it's the single biggest drain on taxes ( to explain, we live in the city, which is, naturally in the county, and we get double-taxed... both the city & county levy property taxes. Damn them! )-- and we have all the usual school troubles.
The head of the local school board has spent the last few years building new ( many claim un-needed ) schools, calling for ever-more-tax-money, and claiming "he works for the Children, not the school board..." Which, aside from the smarmy "For The Children" nonsense, he literally does work for the board, and us taxpayers. We hire them, with our votes. We pay them with our money. They need to be held accountable.
Anyway loads of irate citizens are calling for his head, in one way or another.
