ACU Launches Nationwide Program for Citizens to Report Voter Fraud
ALEXANDRIA, VA In an effort to ensure the integrity of our democratic election process, the American Conservative Union (ACU) has launched a "Voter Fraud Hotline" and online communications portal for voters to report potential cases of voter fraud and illegal electioneering activities. ACU Chairman David A. Keene called the effort an attempt to deter those would-be election violators from even trying to illegally load the ballot boxes on Election Day.
"Already in this election cycle, we've had reports of potential voter fraud in South Dakota, Nevada, Iowa, Connecticut, Oklahoma, Texas, and Rhode Island," said Keene. "Obvious violations have included election officials sending out unsolicited absentee ballots, petitions loaded with forged signatures, vote-buying schemes, and even voter registrations whoaccording to documentshave the same residence as a certain sex entertainment club."
"We're asking concerned citizens to call (703) 836-8602 or email us at email@example.com to report any observed instances of voter fraud, illegal get-out-the-vote activities, or election officials not properly checking voter identifications," added Keene.
ACU's voter fraud project will immediately refer all legitimate concerns to the Department of Justice, the relevant State Attorney General, and the local U.S. Federal Prosecutor's Office.
"Voter fraud is a direct assault at the heart of American democracy. ACU's nationwide voter fraud project will help ensure that violators are punished to the full extent of the law," said Keene.
To report instances of voter fraud, visit ACU's website at:
send an e-mail to:
or call (703) 836-8602.
All reports will be forwarded to the proper investigative authorities.

This will be great if it's allowed. Every polling place is going to have officials from both parties watching, but do you think they will let other people watch [loiter]?
I just read something about them nixing the idea of some group going to Florida to watch.

Voter Fraud reports are handled by the States, not the ACU.
Many states already have voter fraud hotlines, and next year they ALL will be required to under federal law.
I'll tell you this, I seriously doubt that the ACU is capable of acting as a middle man for voter fraud complaints. From my experience, they have to be made by the witness and not some third party.
Report Voter Fraud in California!

Yeah, right.....just the usual retirees stumbling their way through the long day. I've been voting for many years, and have never, ever, seen anyone other than we voters and the usual couple of old ladies checking off the names.
I'm a poll watcher this year - ain't too old, educated and LOADED FOR BEAR!!!!!!!!!!! (But, I'll be nice and sweet and non-partisan while I'm being VIGILANT as H*LL!
Thanks very much for the info.I just made a note to myself and made copy of part of this thread.
Thanks for the info.Just made a copy of your post.

Don't you think it will be different after what all's happened? I've read that Repub. and Dem judges have been asked to watch in some places.

Freepers should help this effort, JIM should sponser it on the front page of FREE REPUBLIC
Bookmarked. Thanks for the address. It probably won't be needed at our little polling place, but you never know.

Pinging other FL Freepers who may want to memorize this number given the RAT history in our state.
Who is going to watch for voters fraud in Florida, Maryland, and places like where the demoncraps like to pick on people?
I thought it was wild to see Al (toothpick) Gore still crying over his presidential bid in Bowie, Md. Isn't that the place where one of the snipers shot someone and isn't it a coincidence that the toothpick shows up there? Grassontop
P.S. Those demoncraps need to lose for they are all nothing but a bunch of mind controlling babbling idiots in my opinion!
The Dems already are sending attornies to Florida, probably the same ones that met the 200 plus "survivors" a week ago.
The rats are planning to try and steal and challenge this 2002 election in Florida and California and anywhere else if they lose, they will ask for recounts and ending with the Supreme Court having to decide the outcome.
They must be watched and challenged by our side where ever we find it. Which from the looks of things we will find fraud everywhere by the rats!

Ya, your probably right. It makes me mad that even the Republicans fight having a voters card with a picture on it, and no one who can't speak english and read should be allowed to vote! May sound mean, but it should be that way!

Fraud that May Occur During Voting Hours
Assuming identity of another voter and voting in his name.
Accompanying a voter to the voting booth to influence a voter to cast a vote for a particular candidate.
Accompanying illiterate or disabled voters and entering votes irrespective of their choice.
Bribery: Vote-buying; Buying abstentions (negative vote buying), paying people to stay home; Promise of free lunch, cash or other product of value, etc.
Forcible taking or snatching of ballot boxes.
Stealthily or surreptitiously substituting ballots during a simulated disorder designed to create confusion in the polling place.
Theft or destruction of ballot, election returns, and other vital election materials.
Stealing, or defacing the list of voters posted at each polling place to prevent voters from finding their names.
Delivery of official ballots in excess of authorized quantities. The excess ballots may be used to "manufacture" votes.
Multiple Voting - this occurs when one person tries to vote more than once, moving around to different polling places or even different municipalities and using different identities of Voter Registration Record numbers.
Might remind folks to keep the cell phones charge .. I have a feeling it will be a busy day on the phones

"Voter Fraud reports are handled by the States, not the ACU."
You JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU? The Gov't voter fraud agencies are the very reason why we need INDEPENDENT voter fraud information agencies. The government IS PART OF THE CORRUPTION, ESPECIALLY IN LIBERALLY DOMINATED CA. I think you've lived in CA too long and your common sense has died from lack of use. Take a deeeeeeeeeep breath and repeat after me: "I am not a brainwashed Californian, I am not a brainwashed Californian, I am not a brainwashed Californian. REPEAT THIS 1,000,000 TIMES. (It's called "Deprogramming")

LOL.... Yes and where is the "because no one is above the law" guy Klaymer? I thought he was obsessed with the FL voting mess thus he'd be a natural to stand around and watch things to make sure they are honest and above board....

"Yeah, right.....just the usual retirees stumbling their way through the long day. I've been voting for many years, and have never, ever, seen anyone other than we voters and the usual couple of old ladies checking off the names.
That's why we need "watchers" and "voter fraud" reporters on the scene to catch them in the act PERSONALLY!

That is great! Boy the Rats are really starting to shreik about any effort on our part to curb their fraud campaign too. Anybody see Hannity and Colmes tonight? Colmes was complaining about the push here in Arkansas to get Republican poll watchers and workers saying that we were trying to intimidate black voters. They really don't give blacks the credit for having enough intelligence and initiative to even cast a vote without them holding their hands do they? And don't these morons realize that the number of poll watchers from each party is supposed to be limited. The reason there has been such a push for Republican poll watchers is that there has been such a shortage in the past so that the Rats have been free to work their mischief.

Oh, don't worry ErnBatavia, they've been there. Most people wouldn't notice them. They stay in the background for the most part. That is part of being a watcher, stay in the background and observe. Become part of the scenery.
Isn't Chuck Muth head of the ACU now?
Thanks for the Ping PhiKapMom. I do appreciate it.

FL voters who witness fraud on election day can take immediate action as well.
TO ALL FLORIDA VOTERS:
Florida voters, help prevent election fraud. Unless you area a poll worker or certified poll watcher, you may not remain inside the polling place for any reason other than to vote. HOWEVER, keep your eyes and ears open while you are there. ANY VOTER MAY CHALLENGE THE RIGHT OF ANOTHER TO VOTE. Here is the pertinent law:
101.111 Person desiring to vote may be challenged; challenger to execute oath; oath of challenged elector; determination of challenge.--
(1) When the right to vote of any person who desires to vote is questioned by any elector or watcher, the challenge shall be reduced to writing with an oath as provided in this section, giving reasons for the challenge, which shall be delivered to the clerk or inspector. Any elector or authorized poll watcher challenging an elector at an election shall execute the oath set forth below:
(See link for form with oath)
(2) Before a challenged elector is permitted to vote by any officer or person in charge of admission to the polling place, the challenged elector's right to vote shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of subsection (3). The clerk or inspector shall immediately deliver to the challenged elector a copy of the oath of the person entering the challenge and shall request the challenged elector to execute the following affidavit:
(See link for form with oath)
Any inspector or clerk of election may administer the oath.
(3) If the challenged person refuses to make and sign the affidavit, the clerk or inspector shall refuse to allow him or her to vote. If such person makes the affidavit, the inspectors and clerk of election shall compare the information in the affidavit with that entered on the registration books opposite the person's name, and, upon such comparison of the information and the person's signature and the taking of other evidence which may then be offered, the clerk and inspectors shall decide by a majority vote whether the challenged person may vote. If the challenged person is unable to write or sign his or her name, the clerk or inspector shall examine the precinct register to ascertain whether the person registered under the name of such person is represented to have signed his or her name. If the person is so represented, then he or she shall be denied permission to vote without further examination; but, if not, then the clerk or one of the inspectors shall place such person under oath and orally examine him or her upon the subject matter contained in the affidavit, and, if there is any doubt as to the identity of such person, the clerk or inspector shall compare the person's appearance with the description entered upon the precinct register opposite the person's name. The clerk or inspector shall then proceed as in other cases to determine whether the challenged person may vote.
Oy vey, this is JUST the vehicle that Orange and Broward counties were hoping for. I can envision
