Report Voter Fraud Today!

“Voter fraud is a direct assault at the heart of American democracy.  ACU’s nationwide voter fraud project will help ensure that violators are punished to the full extent of the law,” said ACU's David Keene.

In an effort to ensure the integrity of our democratic election process, the American Conservative Union (ACU) has launched a “Voter Fraud Hotline” and online communications portal for voters to report potential cases of voter fraud and illegal electioneering activities.

Below are listed some basic forms of fraud and abuse that are considered illegal. If you or someone you know has experienced any of these forms of abuse or fraud we encourage you to call the American Conservative Union at (703) 836-8602 or e-mail us at voterfraud@conservative.org.

Types of Fraud that May Occur Before Elections

Bribery: Vote-buying; Buying abstentions (negative vote buying), paying people to stay home; Promise of free lunch, cash or other product of value, etc.

Intimidation: Direct threats to voters to dissuade or prevent them from voting; Threats against the family of the voter; Threats against the business of the voter, etc.

Spreading false reports: about the withdrawal or disqualification of a candidate to confuse voters.

Changing the numbering of polling places and precincts: without notice to confuse voters.

Marking ballots: so they will be considered spoiled ballots.

Fraud that May Occur During Voting Hours

Assuming identity of another voter and voting in his name.

Accompanying a voter to the voting booth to influence a voter to cast a vote for a particular candidate.

Accompanying illiterate or disabled voters and entering votes irrespective of their choice.

Bribery: Vote-buying; Buying abstentions (negative vote buying), paying people to stay home; Promise of free lunch, cash or other product of value, etc.

Forcible taking or snatching of ballot boxes.

Stealthily or surreptitiously substituting ballots during a simulated disorder designed to create confusion in the polling place.

Theft or destruction of ballot, election returns, and other vital election materials.

Stealing, or defacing the list of voters posted at each polling place to prevent voters from finding their names.

Delivery of official ballots in excess of authorized quantities. The excess ballots may be used to "manufacture" votes.

Multiple Voting - this occurs when one person tries to vote more than once, moving around to different polling places or even different municipalities and using different identities of Voter Registration Record numbers.

Again, we urge you to report any abuse or fraud that you know of so we can forward this information to the proper authorities and make sure that American Voter's Rights are not infringed upon. You do not have to leave your name or contact information, however you are encouraged to do so.

ACU’s voter fraud project will immediately refer all legitimate concerns to the Department of Justice, the relevant State Attorney General, and the local U.S. Federal Prosecutor’s Office.

TO ALL FLORIDA VOTERS:

Florida voters, help prevent election fraud. Unless you area a poll worker or certified poll watcher, you may not remain inside the polling place for any reason other than to vote. HOWEVER, keep your eyes and ears open while you are there. ANY VOTER MAY CHALLENGE THE RIGHT OF ANOTHER TO VOTE. Here is the pertinent law:

101.111   Person desiring to vote may be challenged; challenger to execute oath; oath of challenged elector; determination of challenge.--

(1)  When the right to vote of any person who desires to vote is questioned by any elector or watcher, the challenge shall be reduced to writing with an oath as provided in this section, giving reasons for the challenge, which shall be delivered to the clerk or inspector. Any elector or authorized poll watcher challenging an elector at an election shall execute the oath set forth below:

(See link for form with oath)

(2)  Before a challenged elector is permitted to vote by any officer or person in charge of admission to the polling place, the challenged elector's right to vote shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of subsection (3). The clerk or inspector shall immediately deliver to the challenged elector a copy of the oath of the person entering the challenge and shall request the challenged elector to execute the following affidavit:

(See link for form with oath)

Any inspector or clerk of election may administer the oath.

(3)  If the challenged person refuses to make and sign the affidavit, the clerk or inspector shall refuse to allow him or her to vote. If such person makes the affidavit, the inspectors and clerk of election shall compare the information in the affidavit with that entered on the registration books opposite the person's name, and, upon such comparison of the information and the person's signature and the taking of other evidence which may then be offered, the clerk and inspectors shall decide by a majority vote whether the challenged person may vote. If the challenged person is unable to write or sign his or her name, the clerk or inspector shall examine the precinct register to ascertain whether the person registered under the name of such person is represented to have signed his or her name. If the person is so represented, then he or she shall be denied permission to vote without further examination; but, if not, then the clerk or one of the inspectors shall place such person under oath and orally examine him or her upon the subject matter contained in the affidavit, and, if there is any doubt as to the identity of such person, the clerk or inspector shall compare the person's appearance with the description entered upon the precinct register opposite the person's name. The clerk or inspector shall then proceed as in other cases to determine whether the challenged person may vote.

This is great!

I just programmed the number into my cell phone. I carry that phone with me everywhere. On election day I will be more aware of what is going on at the polls.

Last election I was standing in line and noticed an inordinate number of African-American people, for our location, standing in line to vote. We live in Inver Grove Heights MN, and it is about as white as it sounds. It's a suburb community that attracks professionals from St. Paul. I wasn't offended or overwhelmed by the line of African-Americans, I was just surprized that so many lived in Inver Grove Heights.

I voted at 4PM that day, in 2000, and my lady voted at 5PM, the same day. As we compared notes she saw the same thing.

This isn't bigotry, it's observation, and logical conclusion. This year I'll be looking and calling if I see the same thing. It just doesn't work out. The population of African-Americans in this small suburb is around 2%. That much response, considering the population, would have been more than 100% of the total African-American population in the community. And those numbers are right.

Young Las Vegas Dave jr. (aka: Junior Ditto Head - a lurker on FR), was asked to be a marshall for today, and he will patrol the voting sites in our county. He will be teamed up with a rat, and they will be looking for "irregularities".
(I wonder if the RAT will be blind?)
