That has to be one of the best lines of the day! Now I have to go clean the (spewed) coffe out of my keyboard...
Don't be so quick to throw mud on our parade....
Well, unfortunately for the Republicans, the results in Illinois and Pennsylvania have proven the Democrat Party Machinery working well.
Don't expect the giddy Republicans to failure analyze this.
It's all too easy to underestimate Hillary Clinton.
I completely disagree with these statements...the RATS Party machinery is not doing very well, and Hitlery Clinton...is gonna be a one term NY Senator...afterall, by the time her term is over, NY is gonna change voting machinery, and use ID cards, so her cheating is not going to work next time around...
You want to understand how bad the Dem Machine was defeated last night? Look at the gubernatorial race up in Massachusetts.
Massachusetts is dominated by the Dems. Dems control the General Court (our legislature), our cities and towns (mayors, selectmen, councilmen, etc.), our judicial system, our hack-o-rama, and every single Federal seat. There is no more entrenched a political machine than the Massachusetts Democratic Party. Yesterday, union workers were escorting voters into the booths and "helping them vote." It was caught on film, and our Secretary of State, William Galvin, called it "much ado about nothing."
Both Hillary Clinton and Billy Jeff Clinton made numerous campaign appearances with Dem. candidate Shannon O'Brien. So did Kid Chappaquiddick. And up here, Billy Jeff gets treated like Paul McCartney did in 1965.
Get it?
GOP candidate Mitt Romney still won, walloping Dem O'Brien everywhere the machine wasn't strong.
I was in your state for the better part of 4 years when I went to college and Ducrapis was governor. How times have changed -- and for the better! :D
Why don't you take your glass-half-full attitude over to DU or Libertarians.com for 24 hours or so?
THIS WIN IS HUGE!!!
We're gonna get conservative judges on lower benches, assure constitutionalist control of the Supreme Court for 20 years, and get permanent tax cuts!
As for Hillary, bring her fat ass on! Everybody the Clintons touched in this campaign lost.
Nobody will touch these carpetbaggers in 2004.
On this I agree with first_salute. It's probably the reason she got into the Senate in the first place.
To fight terrorism you must think like a terrorist. To fight Hillary! . . , well, I know what she's thinking.
******
The way I figure it is that we now have 2 years to correct the problems that were created by the demos over the last 40 years, fight what will become a world war without national enemies, educate the people at home that what we are doing is "a good thing", and of course; campaign for reelection in 2004.
If we had real leaders in the house and senate, I would say it might be done, but we have a real challenge ahead of us and most of it comes down on President Bush's shoulders. God bless and protect him as he goes forward.
Hitlery Clinton can kiss my cute Arse....hate her....without cheatin her way in, she doesn't have a chance...
One can only hope that they finally realized this.
He's had his chance. I want him gone Now. I wish Nichols had more support from the other Republican Senators.
