Suggestion PhiKapMom, don't retire your ping list. Keep it active. There is still a lot of work to do, we've just begun and it's gonna take a lot of hard work to keep the momentum going. Your pinging me has kept me from missing a lot of articles that I might have otherwise and I do appreciate. Between you, JohnHuang2 and Luis and various other FReepers, I have been able to keep up with what's going on. Even if I don't respond on every thread, at least I do read them and it helps.

The Landrieus are by way of being a sort of black version of the Kennedys. There's Mitch Landrieu, who holds some public office or other. And Mary Landrieu's dad, Moon Landrieu, was of course the Mayor of New Orleans. I wonder if any other Landrieus are in politics right now?

Maybe it's time to give someone else a chance.
