If we can't get him smoked, then maybe we can get him chewed.

The media has been hinting at this for days. I don't think the big PR push that immediately followed Malvo's arrest is going to do the little pri*k any good.

Lock them both in a steel shipping container way out in the boonies with a barrel of drinking water but no food.

Let them work out the dining arrangements between the two of them, with luck it could take weeks to be finished.

The sick and mentally challenged phil donahue would rather
see a prison guard be killed than have justice be served
with the executions of muhammad and malvo.

I'm stationed in Japan. Last week, "Friday Magazine" printed a photo from the Home Depot Shooting, it never would have been printed in an American Magazine. The back of the victim's head was completed blown off, brain matter was leaking out the back, as she was being put on a sheet. It was a telephoto lens shot from a distance. It really showed how brutal her murder was and you have to remember her husband was right next to her when her head exploded. The "needle" is too good for this scumbag.

The computer log detailing the shooting might doom Malvo, 17, since it shows
he shot FBI analyst Linda Franklin, the source said.

I'm just hoping that Franklin's husband (or other party with "standing" will sue
the INS for releasing this little b@stard to kill people...
when INS regulations dictated that the little pecker and his mother should have been
IMMEDIATELY deported upon detention as they were (and even admitted) stowaways that
illegaly entered the country (at least this is Michelle Malkin's analysis).

But I say execute them over the course of a couple of months, just on general principle.
And for being really witty...shooting a few "victims of color" and thus escaping any
intimation of "hate crime".

I expect the 'victim' ploy isn't going to work for Malvo.

I think that is a wonderful idea! It ought to happen whenever one of these illegals isn't deported before committing any other crime.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure it can be done. It's my undertanding that you can't sue the federal government without their approval--which Bush would never give.

OTOH, perhaps Ziglar could be personally sued, at least, for wrongful death in civil court.

You mean like on CSI tonight? The Governor's call come to the death chamber after they've administered the first drug and stopped the heart, and they have to resuscitate the rapist-murderer with shock therapy.

Then the new mitochondrial DNA tests come back, all positive for the perp, and so they strap him down again and kill him again.

here is an UPDATED timeline for these two sick-o's for just 2002, up to - but not including most of the DC shootings that we already knew so much about...

This was collected by myself, TexKat, and others. I may not have assembled all the tidbits of info (yet), but I got the major stuff and I think all the shootings...

.... related info from 1991 ...
