Of course that will be the liberal response. They delight in employing such lies. So what?

If using IE, click on "file" and then "save as". If saved in your Favorites, you may one day have nothing more than a link to a non-existent or changed webpage.

Thanks for that info. A little web searching turned up some information about her family (naturally in a puff piece as part of an awards ceremony) ;-)

Citation for the Honorable Nancy D'Alessandro Pelosi '62 Nancy Pelosi holds the position of Democratic Whip in the U.S. House of Representatives.  In that capacity, she is the highest-ranking woman in the history of the Congress.  Her role gives her a position of national prominence as a voice for her party and a leader on the economy, human rights, education and funding for medical research.             Although she now hails from California, where she represents that state's 8th Congressional District, covering most of San Francisco, she has local roots here as well as family background of distinguished public service in the greater Washington-Baltimore area.  She graduated from Trinity College in Washington, her father, Thomas D'Alesandro, Jr., served as a member of Congress for five terms and as Mayor of Baltimore for twelve years, and her brother, Thomas, was also Mayor of that city.  Before her own election to Congress in 1987, Nancy Pelosi and her husband, Paul, raised fie children and they now have five grandchildren.  Since her October 2001 victory in highly competitive election for the Whip position, the second-ranking leadership position among House Democrats, her performance has gained the respect and administration of her party colleagues.  A Republican member of the House describes her as "110 percent female and 110 percent tough pol," while a fellow Democrat uses the words "gracious but organized" to characterize her leadership style.  She also displays a welcome sense of humor.  She campaigned for the leadership post in a series of weekly meetings and well attended, in part due to the catered food.  As she observed "I'm Italian.  We eat first."             Representative Pelosi is a firm believer in grass roots politics, and she was a staunch and effective leader in the House's passage of campaign finance reform in an effort to enhance the confidence of the American people in the political process.  In addition to her leadership role, Nancy Pelosi serves as the top Democratic member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence, as a member of the House Appropriations Committee, and chairs the congressional working group on China.  Among her other important achievements, she has played a major role in doubling the budget or the National Institutes of Health during the past five years and in gaining increased funding for AIDS and breast cancer research.             In addition to her accomplishments in public service, Nancy Pelosi and her family are active and loyal members of the Georgetown family.  Three of her children (Christine, BSFS '88; Jacqueline, BA Government '89; and Paul Jr., BA History '91 and MBA/JD '95) are GU alumni, as are her husband Paul's brother and nephew, and Paul himself is a 1962 graduate of SFS and serves on the Board of Visitors.             Georgetown University is proud to honor a national leader and role model by conferring on Nancy Pelosi the degree of Doctor of Humane Letters, Honoris Causa. cg....

"Grassroots politics"... To the D'Alesandro's that meant a string to everyone possible via patronage, contracts, unions or just plain old money. In other words the most votes money can buy. I lived in Baltimore during the "reign" of old D'Alesandro. Not a dollar changed hands but what he had an interest.

Does this officers sexual orientation somehow make his work as a cop better? Does it make his death more tragic? Does it mean his work in life was more important? Obviously not, except to liberals.

Ask your Democrat friends, "Is this your party."

If they had any brains, their answer would be straight out of Lesley Gore:

"It's my party and I'll cry if I want to
Cry if I want to
Cry if I want to
You would cry, too, if it happened to you"

Of course, if they had any brains, they wouldn't be democrats.

"I bet Pelosi marches in the Gay Pride parades in SF surrounded by freaks."

I could be wrong, but didn't she appear in the video "The Clinton Chronicles"riding in a parade celebrating the gay movement?

the web site's a joke, right?

No matter how crazy I think the lefties will be they always manage to outdo themselves. (No, this is a real honest to god wacko Congressb+tch's website.)

There are two wacko issues the lefties haven't caught on to _yet_. They are probably saving them for the next generation.

(1) Sex with plants. It must be a human right, right?

(2) Equality in beauty and/or choice of sexual partner. Face it, it is unfair that some people look better than others and so have a better choice of sexual partners. Lessee, we could make all attractive people sex slaves to be used at random at a government "fair treatment" clinic. Or, as science fiction Ted Chiang writer has (seriously, I am afraid) suggested, we could all have software wired into our brains that made it impossible for us to differentiate ugly people from beautiful people.

Perhaps the next great debate in Kalifornia will be whether sex with animals violates animal rights or is freedom of expression.

This "transgender" and "bisexual" stuff that Pelosi loves is just the beginning...:-(

Steve Kane and Brian helped to politically annihilate one scumbag Paul Eichner who was on a local school board and had the same platform. It was a horrendous drubbing upon election, he was creamed. Mind you this took place in Liberal "Occupied" Broward County, Florida.

Much of the credit goes to Brian and Steve, but I can't help thinking about what this will imply on a national level, when it starts to involve conservative and moderate strongholds.

*Evil grin*

local school board

As you may know this stuff is standard fare for the National Education Association. Check out their website. They give awards every year to teachers who teach pro-perversion propaganda in their classroom. Their technique is a slippery slope approach, i.e. you shouldn't kill sexual deviants implies you shouldn't legally discriminate against deviants implies you shouldn't dislike (they like the word "hate") deviants implies you should consider whether you are a deviant implies to be enlighted (they use the word "educated" and they want to test you on this to make sure you "get it") you should at least try occasional deviancy (not to worry, they will teach you how to do it and teacher is available for practice sessions) implies that deviants represent the highest value of the New Order of the One World. The code word for that last one, by the way, is "peace".
