Actor Steven Seagal has been linked to threats directed at a Los Angeles Times reporter investigating the action star's relationship to a Mafia figure, according to federal court records.
The explosive allegation is contained in an October 17 FBI affidavit filed in support of a government bid to search the Los Angeles home of Alexander Proctor, a 59-year-old ex-con who has been charged with threatening Times writer Anita Busch.
The 21-page FBI affidavit--a key excerpt of which you'll find below [SEE LINK]--alleges that Proctor told a bureau informant (in tape-recorded conversations) that Seagal hired him through Anthony Pellicano, a noted L.A. private eye.
According to the informant's account, Proctor claimed that Pellicano farmed the strong-arm work out to him for $10,000. Prosecutors allege that Proctor, who is being held without bail, left a dead fish, a rose, and a note saying "Stop" on the windshield of Busch's car.
Yesterday (11/21) FBI agents raided Pellicano's Sunset Boulevard office and arrested the P.I. on an explosives charge. Click here [SEE LINK] to read the FBI affidavit filed in support of the Pellicano criminal charge.
The document describes how agents discovered fresh military-grade C-4 plastic explosives, anti-personnel grenades, and stacks of cash in an office safe (along with the C-4, investigators found a detonation cord and blasting cap). The amount of C-4 found, agents noted, could easily blow up a car and "was, in fact, strong enough to bring down an airplane."

he has plenty of stories to tell, and a few of these hoods may be ready to play "Let's Make A Deal."
This could have some good legs.
passed out on the tracks, run over by a train walking.
Reminds me of those two boys killed on the tracks for knowing of that drug bust in AK.
And he is one of Clinton's "Arkancide" specialists?
The closest Seagull came to the teams was playing an ex-SEAL chef on some lame movie about eee-vvillll caucasian terrorists taking over a battleship.
Another interesting point is that the affidavit states that Pellicano left the office with the cash and jewelry that was in the safe. It was noted that some of the cash was wrapped in bands denoting $10,000.
WOW! Hope he starts squealing!!

.Following in the footsteps of Paula Jones and Dolly Kyle Browning, Gennifer Flowers is about to thrust the Clinton White House into more legal hot water. She's suing longtime Clinton operatves James Carville and George Stephanopoulos for libel and slander, based on the falsehoods they've spread about her over the years. Flowers is being represented by Judicial Watch, which filed the suit on her behalf in a Nevada US District Court Thursday morning
Flowers reacted to Clinton's "60 Minutes" appearance by releasing her now famous tapes to prove the relationship. But even the smoking gun recordings didn't stop Stephanopoulos and Carville, who charged that Flowers' tapes had been doctored. To back up the charge, the Clinton gang retained Los Angeles private detective Anthony Pellicano, who produced an audio analysis which Stephanopoulos and Carville touted as evidence that Flowers' tapes had been edited. The Clinton spin on Flowers' "doctored" tapes was widely circulated by the mainstream media. Pellicano came in handy again during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, when he unearthed Lewinsky's former boyfriend, Andy Blieler. In a nationally televised press conference, Blieler alleged that the intern had once told him she wanted to "go to Washington to earn my presidential kneepads."
..Flowers submitted her tapes for independent analysis by Truth Verification Labs, which found that they had not been tampered with in any way. Still, as late as February 1998, weeks after the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke, Stephanopoulos was still publicly claiming that Flowers' tapes had been doctored
