He was also the prime suspect in the threats against the woman in Virginia who Clinton groped in the Oval Office hallway (forgot her name).

From the FBI agent's affidavit, Pellicano's excuse for having the alleged explosives in his safe was that they were from an old case and he had forgotten about them.

Another interesting point is that the affidavit states that Pellicano left the office with the cash and jewelry that was in the safe. It was noted that some of the cash was wrapped in bands denoting $10,000.
