DemocRATS Trying to Steal Another Election
December 1, 2002 | Saundra Duffy

Posted on 12/01/2002 5:46:20 PM PST by Saundra Duffy

Freeping Opportunity Monday, Dec. 2, 5 p.m., on the North Capitol Steps (L Street side), Sacramento. Here's the flyer:

NICOLE PARRA

CHEATER, LIAR, THIEF, FRAUD

(You be the judge)

Grand Jury is investigating:

Military voters DISENFRANCHIZED (Lemoore NAS is in this district).

Republican absentees trashed.

Bribed voters voted multiple times.

Non citizens voting.

Despite overwhelming evidence of voter fraud, Nicole Parra will be sworn in as Assembly Member representing the 30th District on Monday, December 2nd.

This flyer will be delivered to every State Assembly Member and every State Senator in order to warn them that a fraud is in their midst. Let this serve as a wake-up call to every decent candidate and office holder. Crime and corruption in the voting process is, no doubt, happening all over the state, but Nicole Parra has sunk to a new low, never before imagined (outside of Chicago, that is).

Saundra Duffy, head of Fresno/Central Valley Chapter of FreeRepublic.com, will deliver flyers to legislative offices BEFORE the swearing-in ceremony. In addition, Ms. Duffy will picket the capitol at 5 p.m. Monday with a sign exposing Nicole Parra for her disgraceful, despicable, disgusting behavior.

"We outed Gary Condit," Ms. Duffy said, "and we’ll out Parra, too. She does not deserve to sit in the State Assembly with the likes of Ray Haynes, and for her to take the place of the outgoing, honest and ethical Assembly Member Dean Flores is a slap in the face of every decent citizen of this State."

FreeRepublic.com is a conservative activist internet site dedicated to requiring elected officials to be morally and ethically responsible for their actions.

Nicole Parra and the democRATS are trying to steal an election right here in our own backyard. Parra spent almost two million dollars while Dean Gardner spent about $230,000. Every Assembly Member and State Senator will be greeted with the above flyer when they go to work in the morning. Please come join me for a well-deserved freep on the North Steps of the Capitol at 5 p.m. tomorrow (12/2, Monday); that's the L Street side. Come join me if you can. Thanks!!!

Serious inquiry;

If there's overwhelming evidence, why is she being sworn in anyway?

And what good will it do for every (I assume) complicit assemblyman to receive a 'hostile' flyer?

I apologize for not knowing what is going on out there.

Keep the heat on Sandra. In your visits to the state capitol did you run into or over that nut case from Arcata doing the Tofu starvation diet trick protesting the cutting of the "Last Old Growth" tree ?

Good question. I've followed it and can't see the "overwhelming evidence" either. They did have a jumpin' Jeffords-like character in their retiring Republican sheriff who campaigned hard for the Democrat. May have had more to do with the undecided voters than was thought. Fraud needs a bit more investigation however.

There comes a time when election results have to be certified and even though every question may not have been answered to everyone’s satisfaction the certified winner needs to be sworn in to office. If the Grand Jury finds evidence of fraud people will be charged. Unless the newly installed Assembly Member is charged in the fraud she is going to serve her term and it will be up to the voters to remove her come next election. After the Bush Gore Fiasco of a couple years ago the last thing I want to see is endless legal challenges leaving indeterminate election results. I don’t know all of the particulars of this race but it might be more useful to accept the results even if fraudulent and use the fraud allegations to clean up the voting process so that the future is better.

The process takes time and the law requires somebody to be sworn in by December 3rd. The flyer will hurt 'em and slow 'em down. It will serve notice that we are gaining strength, that we will not let them walk all over us.
