The Apligraf was used widely by my profession, and I've seen it heal some huge diabetic foot ulcers. Unfortunately, its no longer on the market.

I had a patient here last week that had refused the Apligraf because of its source (donated infant foreskins) but unfortunately I doubt most patients would refuse grafts from more ethically questionable or offensive sources.
