[history]
In Ann Arbor, 36 college students are finishing months of work with their professor to present a new Islamic Äexhibit at the University of Michigan Museum of Art. Its centerpiece is a dazzling blue bowl with graceful Islamic inscriptions.
And in thousands of towns nationwide, sets of new books and videos about the 1-billion-member faith will show up on public library shelves in coming months, courtesy of donors to a nonprofit project called Explore Islamic Culture and Civilization.

I'm not afraid of it. I want to kick its ass. I want to see Moos go back to trading camels in the desert.

Perhaps some of the artists here on Free Republic could help out the cause of spreading word on the "religion of peace" by composing an online poster for the film, complete with artist's rendition of the loving face of Muhammad.

All I know is where there has been terrorism around the world, in most cases a Muslim caused it. Even little girls at a beauty contest can be an excuse for death in the Islamic world of the moon-god.
Let's face it folks, there is an issue between radical Islam and western civilization. They want us all dead.... no movie or PR firm can dance around that tune.

The world saw the distilled essence of islam on 9-11 when insane murder cultists screaming "Allah Akbar!" slit the throats of stewardesses and rammed jets into buildings in the name of their "faith".
(Anyway, what kind of sick twisted "religion" promises mass murderers an eternal orgy with 72 virgins in heaven as a reward for blowing up women and children?)

And if a poster with an artist's rendition of Muhammad's face begins to circulate, those insane murder cultists will again show us the distilled essence of Islam.

"With all the misunderstanding and fear about our faith right now, it's so important that people learn the truth about Islam," said Eide Alawan, a Dearborn Muslim who is coordinating the preview of a multimillion-dollar PBS documentary, "Muhammad," tonight in Dearborn.

Will the film show Muhammad slobbering on his nine year old wife?

Ridiculous. All throughout the muslim world, imams are preaching hatred for Americans, telling muslims to kill Americans and Jews wherever they can be found.
Yet, according to PBS, the worst thing that can happen in this setting is that someone might decide he doesn't like muslims. Not that tens of thousands of innocent men, women, and children WILL be slaughtered by the bloodthirsty bastards in the years to come, but the intended victims might, as a result of simply reading the news, say, come to the conclusion that they don't particularly want to be around ragheads.
Leftists are truly stupid.

Such a film would really convince me islam is so nice and all. Really. This fireman, being a 9/11 patriot and a muslim, telling about 9/11, the day when 19 muslims hijacked 4 airliners and killed off almost 3000 infidels.
I hope they also air those Palestinians celebrating the strike at the 'great satan'.
Maybe they even throw in the Dutch muslim broadcaster program where they got this quote from the koran, saying that unbelievers are fuel for the fires of hell. Really fitting after all those who got killed in the inferno.
And to make it complete, they should air the sectretly recorded Friday sermons from the Netherlands, where they say Bush and Sharon should be killed, along with the rest of the western world.
And run a few of those tapes you can buy at your local mosque, about the jihad.

"You have to separate fanaticism, which every religion has, from the truth of that religion," Presbyterians and Hindus aren't the ones attacking us. Sometimes it's a good idea to gather data and observe correlations.

How about an historically accurate net poster of a smiling Mohammed with his harem, including his 9 year old wife?
To: knighthawk
Some how I don't think US Public TV will show any of those true videos.
Starting with the Islamic Holy Warriors slitting Danny Pearl's throat in the name of Allah.

I would like to know, who funded the multi-million dollars cost to produce this PBS(P*** B*** S***) documentary.

How 'bout a big poster sized repro of that Italian fresco showing a big ugly demon fixin' to chomp on "Mahomet"? Anybody remember the name of the Church it's in? It really had the followers of Mad Mo' riled a few months ago.

I would like to know, who funded the multi-million dollars cost to produce this PBS(P*** B*** S***) documentary. We American taxpayers funded it, of course, but why is this allowed to go on? I wonder what Barbra Streisand or Steven Speilberg will have to say? Oh, it's all Bush's fault and the anti-semite Hillary will make things much better.
Idiocy, the barbarians are at the gates and people don't even see it.

The enemy is at the gate, and we are opening it to drag in their Islamikazi loaded Trojan Horse.

The enemy is at the gate, and we are opening it to drag in their Islamikazi loaded Trojan Horse.Yep. We've gotta whack that horse hard enough to get the terrorists inside to reveal themselves.
That fat, ululating, Palestinian broad would make an excellent model for one of Mohamet's wives. Any ideas on who would make a good model for Mohamet?

good model for Mohamet? I suppose Osama himself. Or Prince Abdullah Akhmed Mohammad Ali bin-Bullshyte al-Saud.
As for the Ululating Palestinian Sow, just caption her "The Religion of Peace commemorates the deaths of 3000 innocent Americans on September 11, 2001". Even a quarter wit with an arctic temperature IQ would "get it".
To: xJones
We American taxpayers funded it..... Yes, we the taxpayers are always boiled in our own oil by the liberals. I hear PBS takes orders from the bitchwitch, and her husband the bent one.
To: desertcry
USA needs Islam like it needs another hole in it's head.
It is a curse that we can do well without. Islam causes trouble where ever it goes in the world, just look.
