......All you have done is denigrate the girl who got beaten up and condemn this story as hearsay and generally show no sympathy for the jewish girl and rush to the defense of the arabs and say this story is BS.........................................Don't let the facts get in the way. More details would be nice but there are enough facts to discuss this case......

Come on swarthyguy, Nobody is taking the side of the Arab girl, only pointing out that there is precious little information here and with that little information the masses on this running dialogue have built a story that is not there. Lets review..

1) We know the jewish young lady was an honor student. What do we know about the Arab girls academics?

2) We don't know if anyone else besides the two girls were there to witness the altercation. We are told that IF there were any others there that they had been delt with appropriately.

3) We know that a councilman (elected in someones district, probably the parents district since the parents called him) talked to the parents and he was informed by those parents that the daughter had told them (the parents) that she was being harrassed and called "Jew, Jew, Jew", and therefore this councilman (Hikind) told reporters that HE believed that the incident was biased. (This is defined as hearsay evidence.) Hikind also told reporters that this was the culmination of weeks of harrassment and tormenting of the Jewish girl.

Thats about it, without the aid of the crystal ball apparently possessed by many here. From this information many are ready to condemn the Arab populations of this world. Following your post we are even treated to accusations of racism. Thats very puzzling as Jews and Arabs are not different races and are both semitic peoples.
I've even been told that I was antisemitic for pointing out the inconsistancies of the article with the reation it has ellicited here on this forum.

Oh, so now the arabs are being oppressed in school by people who are smarter than they are? I thought grades were based off of one's performance, not whether you're a supposedly oppressed ethnic culture.?

The arab girl was arrested.

Cops today in this hyper atmosphere would not want to wade into this. They'd ask for witnesses etc. ANd would not make such a move based on the say so of one girl.....

I guess i buy what you dismiss as hearsay.

If the arab girl was an honors student i'm sure we'd have heard about it - anyway, to use your thinking, it's irrelevant- she wasn't arrested for being an honors student but for beating up the jewish chick.

And being treated to accusations of racism, that's what i was compared to.

I see this as a straightforward account of an incident at school; an incident made newsworthy by the alleged facts as reported in the paper - a gang of arabs taunting a jewish girl and a mob watching a fight. And the police arresting a perp.

Let's wait for the court case to see what happens; but it's not altogether out of character for a great many across the world, is it...Nigeria, Indonesia

YOur point 3 makes a lot of guesses...the report says the chanting of jew took place while the fight/beating was happening.

True, but this dispute has nothing to do with race, and everything to do with an evil set of beliefs known as the ROP.

The Arabs will abandon their delusions in the same manner the Germans abandoned theirs, under the foot of a conqueror.

That is the lesson of history...or, we could surrender to them; that's happened historically, also.

The Arabs need their *sses kicked, not kissed. It's in their best interests.
