While the image is of your usual high standards, I must unfortunately disagree with the symbolism you have chosen.
1) The tank should be flat - like the contours of her head.
2) The sewage discharge should exit from her mouth.
3) Osama should be depicted as being 'mounted' on her structure rather than in front of it.
That's about all, in every other respect - good work!
