Agreed. If we don't have solid intelligence, we should not go in. I can understand that we do not want to risk compromising our sources, but if the evidence is so abundant as we are led to believe, we should be able to make a better case than has been made so far. This wouldn't be the first time we have been hoodwinked!

BFD. The White House has said that the date for decisions against Iraq will be January 27. It doesn't take a fricken rocket scientist to think that an attack will occur in February.

I don't know how relevant the new moon is any more, but I suspect that when a variety of apparently informed voices loudly speculate about "February" it probably means "January."
Time to get those index put orders for February or March in on the 26th.

The troups will be in on the ground by the second day. We will be in total control in less than two weeks. You can bet on that.

P.S. The world shortest book is entitled "Arab War Heros".
Remember the ads for surplus WWII Italian rifles in the 1950s? Never fired, only dropped once. And one Italian can whip any four Arabs

Remember the ads for surplus WWII Italian rifles in the 1950s? Never fired, only dropped once. Similar ads appeared after the '67 Arab-Israeli war, aka the "6 day war"
