Let's see now: am I a "just a little embarrassed that there are rabble rousers invited to speak at most temples, . . . ?" Uh, no, Abdullah, I'm not. Gee Yechezkel, why did you truncate my sentence part way through? If I add back in, the part you deleted, maybe you are now embarrassed?
Aren't you just a little embarrassed that there are rabble rousers invited to speak at most temples, that are claiming that we are in the middle of Crystal Night right here, right now in the United States?
And I think they are asking for money, for it!
I'd be embarrassed!

You are either for us or against us. What say you? Bush was talking about America when he said that. He was not including Israel and their age old tribal fight with the arabs. That's what he meant when he restricted it to 'terrorists of global reach'.
You are trying to parse his words too finely. Take them in the coarsest sense: "You are either for us or against us."
Besides, since there are Palestinians influencing the major American and European media, . . . and, since the victims of Palestinian violence against civilians over the past few years has claimed the lives of Americans, Europeans, and other foreigners, I guess that means the Palestinians fit the definition of "terrorists of global reach," huh, Abdullah?

You are trying to parse his words too finely. You don't even have his words quoted accurately... look them up, and then we can argue intelligently. (o wise one)

No, Abdullah, I am NOT embarrassed. First, Israel is clearly in its darkest hour since the days of Kristalnacht, making the allusion apt. Second, what is embarrassing about asking for money to support the cause of Israel (unless you are a Jew-hater)?
US mosques continually funnel money to Hamas and other terrorist groups via phoney Muslim "charities," some of which, thankfully, are finally being shut down by the bumbling Feds.

The above post typifies what really bugs me... When you folks become Americans first, I will listen to you... till then keep your stuff in the Israel Section, and Happy New Year!

And, when YOU (Muslims living off the fat of the land here in the USA, while sympathizing with and financially abetting terrorists abroad -- or their pathetic sympathizers) folks become even marginally patriotic for the US of A, then I might pay your words some heed.

Ugly, but also pathetic. Pea-brained, white-trash, loser skinheads in the West manage more creativity and manifest better drafting skills than this.
Isn't the skill and beauty of calligraphy and graphic arts supposed to be one of the saving graces of Arab culture? Oh well.

Actually BenR2 has the quote wrong, but his point is right. Bush said you are with us (i.e. in the war on terror) or you are with the terrorists, and he was speaking to the world.
No amount of monkey-no-see pretence can obscure which side Israel is on and which side the Palestinians are on when it comes to the war on terror.

As I said, Bush was not including Israel, he was referring to the America not America and Israel. And further as I said, he later restricted it to terrorist of global reach when Israel tried to squeeze in. Just what do you think meant by that... he meant The West Bank is not a global reach to Israel.

Your first sample (above) is far from Anti-Semitic. In fact, it is very similar to what you may hear coming from the United States Administration and the whole world, after the war with Iraq is over. Building settlements, while pretending to negotiate, is a sneaky trick that the whole world has seen before. Something similar to this fellow's view?

Let's watch and see the innate (conniving) creativity of some Jews come up with a way to label Lurie's cartoon antisemitic... or maybe the term Lara introduced anew... BIGOTED
I really had to hold myself back when someone started complaining about the depicted anatomy of the noses in the cartoons.
PS... as I was saying at the beginning of this post (yesterday) Check out the Breaking News from the jerus...post Entitled "US Demands..."

I try and find Muslim chat room and watch their anger but I must say they are more reserved then the DU. It is like the Radical Islamist respect America more than the Dems.

Actually it was a few days ago now, but I am not surprized the the US is demanding that the money not be used in the settlements. (see Breaking News US Demands...)
Excuse me for 5 minutes... while we build a new settlement for you... then I will come back to you so that we can complete our negotiations

he was referring to the AmericaYeah, riiiiight. That's where our war on terror is focused, on America. Strange, then, all that mucking about in Afghanistan. One of us musta been hallucinating.
Yes, Bush has been bracketing out Palestinian terror in a number of ways, but remember: Bush is a patient man. He doesn't overfill his plate, but he does wipe it clean. We're already going back for seconds (Iraq), and Palestine may turn up on the menu yet. In the mean time Arafat has been rendered a political nonentity, and America has made it resonably clear that no Palestinian leadership associated with terror will be allowed to form a state.

How clever of the Jooos to dupe the Palestinians into refusing a state, dropping Oslo final status negotiations, and starting a war that involves killing Israeli civilians. Those Jooos are so devious. </thick sarcasm>

As I have been saying for some time now, Palestine is coming up on the agenda and the evacuation of the settlements, is also on the agenda. There will be a great whew and cry when the lines to which there will be a roll back, is broached...
