"It's also happening because of unscrupulous employers, such as you, who hire them"

LOL, if true...

"what if the illegals aren't convinced by non-violence?"

I have the answer to that, but it will probably upset all the bleeding hearts on this board--Oh, well--to hell with them.

So, if they aren't convinced by non-violence, then convince with them violence. The ultimate violence if necessary.

This is no different from a home invasion. As far as the water jugs go--empty them or poison them--take your choice.

I heard that American Border Patrol was on the Arizona-Sonora border sending live video with the BorderCam this morning.

He also reports that whenever he sees the jugs he pokes holes in all of them to drain the water out. However, that doesn't seem to stem the flow of illegals coming up his road and trashing his property.

So he does it just to maybe kill somebody? Nice friends.

What if the illegals aren't convinced by non-violence?

If it’s just the usual illegal immigrant, they’re usually fairly docile when confronted by a couple of gringo males. Even if the gringos are not openly packing guns.

The illegals do not know if the Border Patrol or Sheriff’s Deputies are only a couple of minutes away and enroute. If they cooperate, the worst that happens is a ride back to the border. Getting belligerent earns jail time. A lot of us, myself included, have aided illegals who got into bad situations.

On the other hand, the people with Spencer and Simcox know the gun laws of Arizona. This is an open-carry State. You can strap one on and go about your business to your heart’s content, barring a few sensitive areas like schools and nuclear reactors. They know that unless there is a serious threat to life and limb, the gun stays in the holster. You don’t brandish it or point it unless you are at the last extreme. If Jose isn’t actively trying to maim you, just ask him to have a seat until his ride arrives. It’s the old adage: You don’t shoot to kill; you shoot to stay alive. No threat, no justification.

Chris Simcox had a great moment of inspiration when he insisted that his people get concealed carry permits. The background check weeds out the whackos and the expense weeds out the uncommitted. (I got my permit just to avoid putting up with NICS; I’m a serious collector and want to take my newest find home and fondle it immediately. I’d have to run an inventory to really find out which part of my collection is bigger – the guns or the swords.)

I don’t think anyone with Simcox or Spencer has any prejudice towards Mexicans per se. It’s just the fact that they are illegal and they use our county as a giant porta-potty and dumpster on their way elsewhere. Your profile page doesn’t say where you are, but there is a bigger chance Paco, Jose, and Maria are headed for your town. They don’t stay here near the border – the chances of getting caught are too high and we don’t have jobs for them anyway.

However, we are all highly concerned over the couple of thousand non-Mexicans and the damned drug smugglers. If there ever is a gun battle, you can safely bet your last dollar that drugs were involved.

No. He does it to stop the criminals and traitors from aiding and abetting these illegal border intruders. Are you one of those idiots who thinks the Border Patrol is "killing" illegals because they target the more urban areas along the border thereby pushing the illegals into the desert to die!!? He doesn't add Ex-Lax or anything, which would surely kill a border intruder who consumed it and went into the desert.

Yes. And they detected 21 border intruders and alerted U.S. Border Patrol who then intercepted and took the intruders into custody.

" ... we haven't the political will to monitor our borders ... "

Well chief ... ya kinda' got me on that one, 'cause now I don't know what the hell you're talkin' about.

The will to monitor the borders, and what monitoring means, is just exactly what folks here are talking about.

Political will?
What's that?

It is great to see citizens acting. Wonder what all the "professional politicians" who espose that perception is reality think about this? Even shawn Hannity and Bill O'Reilly think this is screwy--that law and order is a matter for authorities.

I wish John Ashcroft would sue police departments who refuse to pick up illegals. Here Indians are importing indentured servants to work for them for a year selling discount cigarettes. Can't get them picked up when they are only a block from the police station. Palm Beach county FL again.

"says you?" - yes
"the govt" - they aren't, but they should
"or the electorate?" - As is true with most regional issues, the concern by the electorate about the problem drops geometrically the further away they are. What they don't appreciate is that the AZ and CA militia are a first line of defense. This illegal immigration is a huge problem that seems to have reached the critical point where it now requires drastic action to reverse.
"the guys with guns?" - if they're protecting theirs or their neighbors property - absolutely no question about it!

No, YOU were the one who stated my housekeeper was an illegal alien. I said that she was from Mexico, had her documentation, and presented it to me.

YOU see all hispanics as evil, and so you jump to conclusions.

Like I said, furnish your proof or shut up.
