Well then you will simply have to re-write the Constitution.

Arguably, the Constitution protects our citizens from its government. That was assumed to be the case for many years after its establishment.
Insofar as it applies to aliens and naturalized citizens pretending to swear to uphold our Constitution, those citizenships are fraudulent and null and void.

I subscribe to the simplicity of this statement:

If the SC can rule it is constitutional to seize Mormon buildings, imprison them and disband their church for believing in and practicing plural marriage, why is it UNconstitutiional to seize muslim mosques, imprison Muslims and disband their church for believing in and practicing murdering non-believers? If plural marriage (a practice approved at various times by God in the Bible) is incompatible with our American society, then certainly murdering all non-muslims must also be incompatible.

Best argument I have seen for banning islam(pissonallah) from the USA. J Reno didn’t think twice about murdering the practitioners of what she considered a religious cult in Waco. I say to America, “Tear down those ugly domes.” Here is what I think of islam(pissonallah).

islam is an intolerant cult founded by a Jewish and Christian hating, child molesting pedophile, who was also a murdering thief. The followers of the cult bow several times a day to worship a meteorite in the sand and follow teachings from a hate filled screed based on moon worship written by a maniac. Hundreds of thousands of innocent people in earlier times have been "converted" to Christianity through the torture rack or the threat of particularly brutal imminent death.

You seem to have fallen prey to this fiction, in spite of your reluctance to view it as presently relevant.
I would love to see this claim supported by any credible historian or ethnician.

Since that figure is several orders of magnitudes too high, I would appreciate references or citations where I can pursue the issue.

You claim to be a christian, and if you are, why don't you read your bible. In the old testament, God sent godly men into battle against ungodly men. Are you a christian as opposed to a jew? a.k.a. jew or gentile. I am a christian and am appalled at the massive slaughter of christians all over the world. What you have to understand is people here are venting (which is their right), would you rather they did take to the streets and start the hangings and such? If anyone tried to hurt my family, I would (in a New York second) fight to the death defending them. The kind of people we're talking about here (muslims) are living in the dark ages. They don't know how to act civilized. As a christian I take the entire bible as truth. I have read in the koran and am of the belief that any true and active muslim will (no matter how timid they appear) kill anyone who is not willing to convert to islam. Is that what the bible teaches? That we are to kill anyone who isn't willing to convert to christianity? I believe live and let live, but they don't want us to live, they want to kill us. Quite frankly, I think there's too much inbreeding among them and they're suffering the consequnces of that. That's why it's against the law to marry cousins. If they are of american citizenship, the law will protect them, but anyone here on a visa doesn't have those rights. I agree with the others....deport them.

Christ didn't tell you to persecute peaceful people simply because they don't worship your God, and come top think of it.. Isn't that the very same complaint I hear about Islam?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. Do you mean the prohibition TODAY only applies to the Mormons, that any other religion, including, or specifically, Islam, can practice polygamy within the U.S. with impunity?

No, I mean quite simply that there is no scripture that I am aware of (excepting certain church leaders) that says taking more than one wife is a no-no.
