Nothing 'gay' about bigotry: Casey Brooks recoils at in-you-face homosexual zealotry

Ñ Ñ Ñ

The vast majority of violence against homosexuals is committed by other homosexuals, not by heterosexuals. According to the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs, the number of "gay-on-gay" domestic violence cases is 14 times greater than the number of violent "anti-gay" attacks. (See Steven A. Schwalm, "Facts Contradict 'Gay' Party Line on Hate Crimes," InFocus, Family Research Council, IF98K1HS.) .

The sad truth is that homosexuals are at much greater risk of harm from their own behavior than from bias-related attacks: Between 21,000 and 25,000 homosexual men died of AIDS each year from 1991 through 1995* - 10,000 times the number of deaths due to "anti-gay" attacks. Bias-related violent attacks against homosexuals comprise a miniscule portion of violent crime. *Table 23, "Estimated deaths of persons with AIDS, by age group, sex, exposure category, and year of death, 1991-1996, United States," Centers for Disease Control HIV/AIDS Surveillance Report, Vol. 9, No. 2, p. 29.

Homosexuals comprise about 1.4% of the population in America but commit over half of all child molestations. They are 12 times more likely to molest children than heterosexuals. Homosexuals killed 68% of the victims of mass murders in the U.S. during the past 17 years. Homosexual sex is often violent. A third of gays and lesbians admit that hurting or being hurt is a part of sexual fun. 1 H.A. Dobbs, "Homosexuals," in The Firm Foundation (October 1992), p. 2

SAGINAW -- If homosexual activists are serious about protecting individuals involved in homosexual behavior from violence, they should stop wasting the Legislature's time on so-called "hate crime" legislation and focus instead on the dramatically higher threat of violence such individuals face at the hands of their own homosexual lovers, a statewide family values group Thursday said in a statement to a domestic violence task force chaired by Lt. Gov. Dick Posthumus.

The American Family Association of Michigan, in a statement delivered Thursday to the task force during its hearing at Saginaw Valley State University, said data from law enforcement agencies and homosexual activists themselves indicates that the risk of domestic violence at the hands of their own homosexual sex partners is a staggering 50,000 percent greater for individuals involved in homosexual behavior than the risk of being attacked by someone motivated by disapproval of such behavior.

"Homosexual activists are right now making the outrageous demand that state law be amended to punish a criminal who assaults a pregnant mother, or a small child, or a senior citizen less severely than someone who attacks a grown man, solely because the grown man chooses to have sex with other men," AFA-Michigan President Gary Glenn said.

"Such demands are politically calculated to win public sympathy by portraying individuals who engage in homosexual behavior as 'victims' of outside aggression, when the far, far greater threat is the epidemic of domestic violence individuals involved in homosexual behavior commit against each other."

"When the threat of violent 'love crimes' homosexuals commit against each other is 50,000 percent greater than the risk of so-called 'hate crimes,' which is more deserving of the public's attention," Glenn asked, "and how seriously should we take homosexual activists who feign alarm about the one while ignoring or covering up the astronomically greater threat?"

Researchers find domestic violence among individuals involved in homosexual behavior is at least double that of male-female relationships, he said, which "in addition to the severe threat of serious disease and premature death resulting from homosexual behavior, is yet another reason a truly compassionate society should discourage rather than encourage and enable such a self-destructive and violent lifestyle."

Glenn cited so-called "hate crimes" statistics released Feb. 13th by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. According to the FBI, there were only 1,317 so-called "hate crime" incidents nationwide in 1999 allegedly motivated by the offender's disapproval of homosexual behavior.

The number of incidents of violence committed by individuals involved in such behavior against their own homosexual partners is astronomical by comparison, Glenn said.

Compared to only 1,317 so-called "hate crimes" in 1999, as many as 650,000 men alone (not counting women) are each year victims of domestic violence at the hands of their own homosexual sex partners, according to two prominent homosexual activists and researchers in San Francisco, he said.

Homosexual activists David Island and Patrick Letellier -- both of San Francisco and co-editors of the National Gay and Lesbian Domestic Violence Network Newsletter -- write in their book, Men Who Beat the Men Who Love Them, that domestic violence is a primary health problem for individuals involved in homosexual behavior ranking behind only AIDS for males, cancer for females, and drug abuse for both.

Island and Letellier write: "The probability of violence occurring in a gay couple is mathematically double the probability of that in a heterosexual couple...we believe as many as 650,000 gay men may be victims of domestic violence each year in the United States." (Page 14)

(Note: 650,000 estimated incidents of homosexual domestic violence per year among males alone in the U.S. is 494 times greater -- posing a 49,400 percent higher risk of actual violence -- than the 1,317 "hate crime" incidents reported for one year in the U.S. by the FBI. The increased risk is actually much higher, however, since the 650,000 figure includes men only and does not include however many thousands of women in the U.S. involved in homosexual behavior are victims each year of domestic violence at the hands of their own sex partners.)

Island and Letellier also estimate "domestic violence may affect and poison as many as 50 percent of gay male couples (page 12), while "we believe [heterosexual domestic abuse] is closer to 20 percent." (page 50).

The Medical Institute for Sexual Health also reported in 1999 that "domestic violence is at least as common and probably more common among homosexuals than among heterosexuals."

Thus, compared to the rare but always highly publicized attacks by outside assailants against individuals who engage in homosexual behavior, the far greater threat -- 50,000 percent more likely -- is the rarely-reported violence such individuals face at the hands of their own homosexual sex partners, Glenn said.

The New York Times reported just that last year in a Nov. 6th article, in which Times reporter John Leland wrote:

"While crimes against gay men and lesbians like the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard in Wyoming attract more attention in the news, domestic abuse in same-sex relationships is both widespread and severe..., according to a recent report by the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Projects, a network of 24 nonprofit gay and lesbian organizations...The study by the antiviolence projects found that cases of domestic violence among gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people that were reported to member groups rose 23 percent in 1999."

William Bonin was executed by lethal injection at California's San Quentin prison on February 23, 1996. As reported in the Orange County Register, February 22, 1996, Bonin, the so-called "Freeway Killer," killed at least 21 boys and young men and dumped their bodies along California freeways (our original source mentioned only 14). After having been jailed in the early 1970s for raping boys, Bonin had vowed that in the future "there will be no witnesses."

Although various stories reported that Bonin had raped men at gunpoint in the army and had been engaged in sex with a man at the time of his final arrest, the media failed to identify Bonin as "gay." Standard "gay" rhetoric denies that male on male child molestation qualifies as homosexual conduct. Here, the perpetrator clearly was homosexual in his adult sexual relations as well, but the "gay" label was scrupulously avoided.

BURGER, C.J., Concurring Opinion

As the Court notes, ante at 192 , the proscriptions against sodomy have very "ancient roots." Decisions of individuals relating to homosexual conduct have been subject to state intervention throughout the history of Western civilization. Condemnation of those practices is firmly rooted in Judeo-Christian moral and ethical standards. Homosexual sodomy was a capital crime under Roman law. See Code Theod. 9.7.6; Code Just. 9.9.31. See also D. Bailey, Homosexuality [p*197] and the Western Christian Tradition 70-81 (1975). During the English Reformation, when powers of the ecclesiastical courts were transferred to the King's Courts, the first English statute criminalizing sodomy was passed. 25 Hen. VIII, ch. 6. Blackstone described "the infamous crime against nature" as an offense of "deeper malignity" than rape, a heinous act "the very mention of which is a disgrace to human nature," and "a crime not fit to be named." 4 W. Blackstone, Commentaries *215. The common law of England, including its prohibition of sodomy, became the received law of Georgia and the other Colonies. In 1816, the Georgia Legislature passed the statute at issue here, and that statute has been continuously in force in one form or another since that time. To hold that the act of homosexual sodomy is somehow protected as a fundamental right would be to cast aside millennia of moral teaching.

This is essentially not a question of personal "preferences," but rather of the legislative authority of the State. I find nothing in the Constitution depriving a State of the power to enact the statute challenged here.

Judge Hall to change expected guilty plea

1/17/03
By HILDY MEDINA

NEWS-PRESS STAFF WRITER

A Santa Barbara County judge accused of driving with a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit has decided to change an expected misdemeanor guilty plea now that prosecutors are also charging her with two felony violations, including brandishing a gun to prevent a witness or crime victim from calling police.

Superior Court Judge Diana R. Hall was prepared to plead guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge stemming from her arrest last month, said her attorney, William Gamble.

But with the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office now seeking four misdemeanor counts -- driving under the influence, driving over the legal limit, battery on a spouse or cohabitant, drawing or exhibiting a weapon -- and two felonies, including destruction of a telephone, Mr. Gamble says the judge will plead innocent to all six counts at her arraignment Jan. 23.

"I was trying to signal the DA that we would go with a guilty plea, to make it go faster," said Mr. Gamble. "Now there are other charges. You don't divide the pleas. It's not the way you do it."

The 52-year-old judge was charged a week ago with two felonies and four misdemeanors in connection with her drunken driving arrest Dec. 21. Earlier in the evening, authorities said, during a fight with her companion of four years inside their Santa Ynez home, Judge Hall allegedly pulled a handgun on the woman. She also allegedly smashed the telephone when the other woman tried to call authorities.

The charges were filed shortly after the judge was pulled out of the Lompoc Superior Court's criminal division and transferred to the civil law department in Santa Maria. While Judge Hall waits it out and trains for her new civil assignment, the court system is scrambling to find available jurists to fill unexpected vacancies.

Judge Hall will not be assigned cases during this period, according to court officials.

Note by Inspectorette: She is going to continue receiving her $140,000/year salary.

"We're trying to get an assignment for the next month. We're anticipating that Judge Hall will not be on the bench in February." said Darrel E. Parker, assistant trial courts executive officer.

Under the code of judicial conduct, if Judge Hall is convicted of a felony she will automatically be removed from the bench. Finding a replacement, should that be necessary, could take up to a year or more, say legal experts.

It is not known when Judge Hall, who will continue to be paid during her absence from the bench, will resume her judicial duties.

"We're going on a week-to-week basis," said Mr. Parker.

Inoohr_org_index.htm This essay was printed in the February 15, 1987 issue of the homosexual newspaper Gay Community News by Michael Swift, and was reprinted in the February 15-21 1987 Congressional Record. EXCERPT
We shall sodomize your sons, emblems of your feeble masculinity, of you shallow dreams and vulgar lies. We shall seduce them in your schools, in your dormitories, in your gymnasiums, in your locker rooms, in your sports arenas, in your seminaries, in your youth groups, in your movie theater bathrooms, in your army bunkhouses, in your truck stops, in your all-male clubs, in your houses of Congress, wherever men are with men together. Your sons shall become our minions and do our bidding. They will be recast in our image. They will come to crave and adore us. Women, you cry for freedom. You say you are no longer satisfied with men; they make you unhappy. We, connoisseurs of the masculine face, the masculine physique, shall take your men from you then. We will amuse them; we will instruct them; we will embrace them when they weep.
If you dare to cry faggot, fairy, queer, at us, we will stab you in your cowardly hearts and defile your dead, puny bodies.
There will be no compromises. We are not middle-class weaklings. Highly intelligent, we are the natural aristocrats of the human race, and steely-minded aristocrats never settle for less. Those who oppose us will be exiled. We shall raise vast, private armies, as Mishima did, to defeat you.
We shall conquer the world because warriors inspired by and banded together by homosexual love and honor are as invincible as were the ancient Greek soldiers. The family unit spawning ground of lies, betrayals, mediocrity, hypocrisy, and violence will be abolished. The family unit, which only dampens imagination and curbs free will, must be eliminated. Perfect boys will be conceived and grown in the genetic laboratory. They will be bonded together in a communal setting, under the control and instruction of homosexual savants.
We shall be victorious because we are fueled with the ferocious bitterness of the oppressed who have been forced to play seemingly bit parts in your dumb, heterosexual shows throughout the ages. We too are capable of firing guns and manning the barricades of the ultimate revolution. Tremble, hetero swine, when we appear before you without our masks!

"Permanent Partners Immigration Act." Both H.R. 80 and S. 16 are laws that will enshrine homosexual sodomy, cross-dressing, and other sexual perversions as equal to race or religion under federal laws.

Everyone is equal but SOME are more equal than others. Special rights for special people hey? Special status should only be granted on the basis unchangeable condition…since there exists so-called bisexuality, incarceration in prison, confession and ex-gays we KNOW homosexuality IS changeable.

, domestic abuse in same-sex relationships is both widespread and severe..., according to a recent report by the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Projects

(Thanks, Remedy, for your heroic research!!}

A small bit of coroborating (sp?) evidence - unfortunately, no quotes at the moment..

1. Having been a student of Ayruveda for years (the ancient healing science of India), I have learned the following. According to this very old medical tradition, homosexual behavior is extremely mentally and emotionally disturbing as well as very damaging to the physical health. Excessive or unnatural sexual behavior is considered to destroy the natural vitality of the body, rendering it more susceptible to disease. Oral and anal sex as well as masturbation are considered very unhealthy, and those who indulge in same are much more prone to mental and emotional disturbances as well as physical illness.

My husband has studied various Chinese martial arts, and in his books I have read that Chinese Taoist masters consider homosexual acts to promote aggressive, violent behavior, mental imbalance, and even psychosis.

So condemnation of homosexual behavior is not limited to Western civilization!
