A BIG FReeper THANKS to all who bought The Clinton Legacy Cookbook. Your emails and comments on threads have been heartwarming and a wonderful reward to those of us who devoted our time and love to this project. We are grateful for your kind and humorous words and want each and every one of you to know we appreciate you taking the time to write.

Thanks to all those who loved the cookbook enough to order more for your friends and family, or who gave their copies away as gifts and wanted another copy of their own.

A big hug to all.

It truly was a labor of love for all those involved. And thank you Christie for everything you did to breathe life into it. I will always treasure it.

Thanks for the heads up. This cookbook is so super! I bought two, one for me and one as a Christmas present. It is perfect. A hoot on every page and so darned useful too!

I highly recommend it for those conservative birthdays, anniversaries, or other celebrations. Maybe just a 'hey I like you' gift.

I put one in my daughter's stocking and and kept the others.

I've got my eye out for the mailman (Mr. Hunk), cause my
copies should be here by now! E-Bay - hurry up.
Actually, it will probably lead to another order - anyone know of a good treadmill under $l,500?

My thoughts exactly!! That's why I ordered another one. I will probably order more to give as gifts in the future. What a great wedding gift for a new bride!

LOL! I'll bet some witty FReeper can make up a poem or slogan using "Crisco" and "Old Crusty", but alas, I'm not that witty FReeper... :-(

No, thank YOU, guys! I gave one to my brother and he said he laughed so hard he was in pain. Told me he took it to his office to show everyone how great it is and everyone loved it!

(Hopefully that'll generate more sales for you! :-)

I'll bet some witty FReeper can make up a poem or slogan using "Crisco" and "Old Crusty",

Not very witty, but here's the first effort...

Inside of Ol' Crusty
She looks like a man,
But the "Crisco Kid" is
Just fat in the can.

Ole Crusty intrigues us
black pantsuits do hide
many bulges and ripples that fester inside
beneath those dank trousers
of cavernous size
are dimples of cellulite
upon massive thighs
We cannot but marvel
no matter how hard
this wretch can accumulate
all that gross lard
She eats double portions
The waitress she stiffs
Her breakfasts and dinners
wind up on her hips
Alas, our Ole Crusty
AKA Crisco Kid
will have problems running
for a presidential bid
no matter which party
no matter the man
her dire diagnosis???
fat in the can
