Too bad. You'll have to go through the knot hole back to a more realistic existance at some point. Better now than later. Somehow, I am not scared at all of the demise of free trade and a more nationalistic stance. What is so frightening about such things?

Even then, we make some product at a facility in Mexico. The Assembled in Mexico is the smallest part of the labeling of the box. Sorry, but this HUGE made in china labeling is suspicious at best.

I look at everything I purchase and if there is a brand made in the USA, I'll buy the USA one. I drive my wife nuts, but I think she's stating to come around......

"Or, perhaps real Rightists such as myself, will secure political power and put up tariffs against any nation that is preparing for war against the US / the West / our allies. How about them apples?"Well, pardner, I happen to like "them apples" just fine; no argument here whatsoever. Have at it.
Let me know when you decide to run for Congress. You'll get my vote if possible.

If it's because of Made in China products, I'd ask your wife one simple question: "Would you buy a toy or pair of shoes from Nazi Germany--made by Jews in concentration camps?" If not, it's time to boycott all Made in China products.

I once heard a labor union caller to a local talk-radio show refer to "cockroach entrepreneurs" as society's biggest problem. He was serious.

What a crock of $#!+.
Though it is obvious that the "Made in America labels are nothing more that a prop, the impunity with which they play us for fools really burns my behind.

Somewhat off topic vis a vis this thread, but....let's make the unions irrelevant .... the Beck Decicision MUST be enforced!

With my views, I'd have to go for the Constitution Party nomination or some such thing.... there's no way the GOP would have me these days .... anyone even approaching the Barry Goldwater benchmark would get zero support. Sad really ...

That is a pretty poor response to #12.
