I thought you might like more details on what our troops think.
With you at the first, with you to the last.
Regards, Ivan

I think your troops are great!
I sure do hope that the SA-80 has really truly been fixed. I read some bad things about it here on FR.

They scrambled around in the cold and mud for the television cameras, shouting instructions and pouring dummy ammunition into the advancing trees as though their lives depended on it.I think they need something a little heavier for Ents.

Poor Saddam. Too bad he didn't get a degree in military history before taking
on the U.K. and the USA.
As the old advert. said "You can learn a lot by watching a dummy"...
he should have checked the example of Hitler, Mussolini, and Tojo.
He can make things nasty...but he can't survive if this thing goes full-bore.

One Para explained: "The boys aren't worried that a lot of the public are against a war. Just that they might stop it." Gotta love that.
To: VOA
So we have 3 para, HMS Ocean with its Marine Commando, sundry RFAs with embarked Marine Commandos and HMS ArkRoyal with its Harriers removed and choppers embarked instead.
And who knows where the SAS bricks are at this moment.
Note Ark Royal is without CAP. This is only tolerable if it is relying on CAP from an allied carrier.
An interesting joint exercise.
;-)

Nahhhh,
he is, was, and forever will rely on the UN for cheap victories. The guy's in denial.
He's also toast. :-)
To: MadIvan
Godspeed to them all.

"The boys aren't worried that a lot of the public are against a war. Just that they might stop it." Studs.

Heartwarming, friend. Thanks!
To: MadIvan
"The boys aren't worried that a lot of the public are against a war. Just that they might stop it." There are a lot of people both here and abroad who believe that we Americans and Brits want to take over the world. What they fail to realize is that if we were at all interested we could have done it already with troops like these!
To: MadIvan
Bless you, brother.

Although we had to break away from the British Empire, we retained their greatest gift to us--respect for the law and the rights of the individual under the law to due process. Now the UN is turning international law on its head as it tries to play politics. Iraq broke their agreement...end of story..war will resume until Iraqi threat is removed...Britain and the USA will prevail.
To: MadIvan
Thank you Great Britain for your help! God Save the Queen!
