This makes it clear the leaders of the mosque are all complicit. They may be able to deny knowledge of a stun gun, an imitation firearm and a CS gas canister on the premises, but not NBC suits.

This makes the "CS gas canister" much more interesting. It looks like they were testing the suits with it.
