Please see #7, where I corrected myself.

Why would we have to do opposition research on CNN, when there is LAT, NYT, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, NPR, Reuters, AP, UPI, Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Denver Post, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, etc ... ? Our viewership/readership is split so many ways, while they have only Fox to do opposition research on. (Well, not counting talk radio and the internet.)

the only thing CNN can do is to get rid of its liberal bias mouthpieces - I cancelled my cable for 3 years because i was so sick and tire of the shrill rheortic from the liberal media - cnn clinton news network...I resubscribe my cable once I have a choice - that's FNS -
I need no Leon Harris bashing our prez day in day out, I need no Aaron Brown who thinks he is better than God (all those I this, I that in his openings), and LarryKing certainly looks really old for me - I bet LarryKing can't even get an auidence over the old people's network - aka - CBS...lol
CNN is showing its true color now once again - it has not learned a thing since 1991's gulf war - I alwayz wonder what its producers drink in the morning, why they hate America so much, why they keep leaking our troops deployments, and why keep appleasing the Europeans and the Iraqis -...lol

>Someone might publicly ask CNN how they can claim to be objective and informative when 2/3 of elected representatives of the majority party of the United States House of Representatives continue to boycott appearing on the network due to its inherent and sustained bias.<
Do you have a link to that?

Someone might publicly ask CNN how they can claim to be objective and informative when 2/3 of elected representatives of the majority party of the United States House of Representatives continue to boycott appearing on the network due to its inherent and sustained bias.Do you have a citation for this? It's fascinating and I would like to read more.

Good point.
Also, CNN needs to pander like FNC does. I wonder how high those Fox ratings would be if they fired Laurie Dhue and Kiran Chetry and replaced them with a couple of crusty 60-year-old geezers?

too much ideology standing in the way of success. They'd rather go down in flames than present the truth. Hey, that's a good thing! If they want to dig the hole they're in even deeper, the sooner it will turn out to be their own grave. As Napoleon Bonaparte said, "Never interrupt an enemy when he's making a mistake".

CNN is half again more "believable" to people than FOX is. I shouldn't worry about this -- it was almost certainly a CNN poll!

Its Foxes like these that give the FOX network its name.

Nice try. Go back to DU.

"Talkback Live" is one of the most liberal biased shows out there, outside of Donahue. Furthermore, the reason that "Crossfire" is becoming increasingly shrill is because democrats are out of power and this is what they do when this happens.

Don't have a link or a citation but I read it I believe on NRO last year. You might also inquire with the House Republican caucus offices. It's a fact.

"Bill Hemmer in a tight, white T-shirt"
.......THIS exposes their contempt for the viewer, which is the ultimate liberal problem: contempt for the individual citizen.

Great stuff, Reg! Of course the name (Scot-tees) reminds me of toilet paper. Come to think of it.....

For some reason I don't know, a local conservative talk radio station uses the CNN radio news feed. CNN radio is even more biased than the cable network.
Typical CNN radio lead: "The Bush administration today announced an initiative to [insert start a war, lower taxes on the rich or rape the environment]. Senate [Majority/Minority] Leader Tom Daschle criticized the proposal [insert sound bite]. The White House nevertheless stands by their plan."
Sometimes my wife and I hear the formula applied to a new issue and we just turn to each other and laugh, its so predictable.
