CNN'S RATINGS MISERY REMAINS (They still don't "get it")

Yet the schedule, described as "patchy" by media analyst Tom Wolzien of Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., has its holes: an awkward "Talkback Live," an increasingly shrill "Crossfire" and the tabloid-driven Chung hour. Even perennial Larry King, or at least his guests, are beginning to show their age.

To refer to Crossfire as anything other than what it is--a viciously partisan, petty leftist masturbation session--just shows that the AP as well as CNN "just don't get it."

Most of the Fox News Outlets have Fox on a premium channel. CNN is alway on the basic rate plan. If not for this the ratings for CNN would even be lower.

Fox babes look better.

And, of course, that mental masterbation doubles when they play with Scott Ritter. : ' (

True, we have to stick with the second cheapest satellite program package because FOX NEWS is dropped from the cheapest. I hope Fox buys one of the satellite companies and puts CNN only in the premium package.

CNN's problem is similar to that of the Rats at the polls. The libs have massively dumbed down their followers in order to breed dependency....a dependency which empowers libs. Now, the Rats' voting base is too lazy even to go to the polls on election day, and the libs' TV viewers are simply unable and unwilling to watch news programming on TV (too busy watching Springer on the other station).

Oh well...ideas have consequences.

In some of your less impressive hotels, at airports, etc., CNN is the only available news channel. These might not figure in the ratings (I don't know) but they do count to advertisers.

Why do people think Paula Zahn is hot? I think she's rather plain. Now, Carol Lin -- she hot.

Actually, I bet FOX's ratings would go way up if they hired Donohue and Cronkite to replace them. Yeah right, ha ha ha. Maybe the difference is I have no idea what Dhue's or Chetry's political ideology is, but it's quite obvious with most of the lefty anchors.

CNN still beats FOX in terms of breaking news stories. Fox coverage of important breaking events does not do it for me. MSNBC is better also. But all around FOX is vastly superior and just plain watchable.
