There are some decent people in Canada and I'm not in the least concerned with offended them. Those folks know exactly what I'm talking about, most of them are fairly ashamed of their government and conditions within their country. They don't need you being the voice of good will on their behalf.

If you really want to read some terrible things about Canada I suggest you read the published statements of some of their own MPs, some of which I qouted earlier. As I said then, one of them even said the U.S. would be justified in invading them for it's own protection...because Canada was doing nothing to help them.

Perhaps one of our Canadian posters would know who this PM is (the statement was in the Vancouver papers in September I believe it was) and give you their address so you can e-mail them and demand an apology on behalf of the rest of Canada.

Precisely how I feel about the government of the US. And so did 99% of Freepers until power switched back to their side. Now they think the same policies are just dandy.

BTW, I never said I defended Canada, I felt embassassment that good honest freepers who detest socialism were continually denigrated because they are citizens of that country.
