Let US have 3-4 weeks of unrestricted, unescorted time to locate WMD.This means U-2 flyovers, large, military search teams and free access to all scientists. If we don't find anything, we pull back our troops, and lift sanctions. If we do find anything,Saddam surrenders and goes to jail.
