The Dutch are our friends. The Belgians are not. It's that simple.

From now on, nobody's allowed to get those two little countries mixed up.

I just visited Europe. I went to London, which was alright. I went to Stockholm and found the Swedes surprisingly cold and boring. I went to Paris and loved the city, but had some issues with the culture. Finally, I went to Amsterdam.

I didn't think I would like Amsterdam since I'm not into prostitutes or drugs. Then I met the Dutch, who are by far the best of the Europeans I have met so far. They were friendly, helpful, and extremely polite. Their museums were incredible. I have visited Thailand, too, and I have to say both cultures have a very laid back, yet strangely moral character that I liked. They seemed to except anyone for their faults, yet at the same time were the kind of people to keep their impulses in check. Wonderful people.

"All of the other eurotrash can rot for all I care."

Current list of European allies of the U.S. :

Great Britain
Spain
Portugal
Italy
Holland
Denmark
Latvia
Lithuania
Estonia
Macedonia
Bulgaria
Romania
Czech Republic
Slovakia
Slovenia
Poland
Hungary
Croatia

Don't let the media fool you into thinking we have no friends.

And if you are asked in a poll, "Should the U.S. GO IT ALONE?", punch the pollster in the face.

I am in shock. I visit Belgium 4 or 5 times every year. I have a home there. I have many friends there. You can't stumble out of a pub without tripping on a military burial ground that shows the level of committment of the people of Great Britain, Canada, Australia, South Africa, India, Burma, Nepal, New Zealand, and the United States to the freedom of the Belgian people.

Why this betrayal?

I see only two possible reasons:

1. The people of Belgium have no gratitude whatsoever for what has been done for them in the past; they hate America and all it stands for; and they see the political leadership of France and Germany to be the way of the future.

2. The leaders of Belgium are degenerate swine who have either committed their country to co-option by the French and the Germans for economic reasons; or they themselves have entered into illegal and sordid deals with Iraq in violation of Security Council resolutions.

I pray that #2 is the case.

We are behind you, Mr. President and the Armed Forces. Do what you must, as much as we hate to see it done, but we know it must be so.

Thank you for the photograph of the historic meeting of the French, German, and Belgian Foreign Ministers.

God is pretty busy, let`s let GWB, Blair, and their voters take care of Germany and the brave French.

Recent polls indicate that a majority of the Dutch oppose attacks on Iraq, particularly without U.N. approval, and consider U.S. President George W. Bush to be a greater immediate threat to peace than the Iraqi president.

I must admit it is quite depressing to realize just how incredibly stupid and wrong the entire world is on the Iraqi issue. We scream and yell, we reason and explain...all to no effect. I cannot fathom how our intellectual and religious ancestors can be so wrong about something so morally clear. To rightly point out the Muslim element's role in these demonstrations is useful but incomplete. There clearly is a large majority of white European who are just dead wrong and believe it to the core of their being. Bush worse than Hussein??? What? It's just crazy!

There seems to be no way to change this. I watched "Night of the Living Dead" the other night, and this feels like a political version of the walking zombies who cannot be reasoned with, only shot in the head. Europeans are these zombies. It is exasperating even to talk with friends who have moved there and lost all of their sense...like the dead who rise in the film. They spout the same insane rantings ("No blood for oil!")

In a way I suppose I shouldn't be depressed. Even with all the massive damage to this nation inflicted by Liberals over the past 40 years, Americans are still light years ahead of Europe when it comes to knowing what is right and backing their President even against the majority of world opinion. G-d bless the American people.
