Christ teaching on the Cross made the Old Testment part of the New.

Christ is the New Covenant, replacing the Old while fulfilling it's law and requirements for holiness and righteousness (in His death and resurrection).

Note you left out ICorinthians 2:8

A fine verse. And do you think that any man or woman actually recognizes the fullness of God --or the ramifications of sin and separation from Him?

I do not dispute what the Word says, what it does not say is that repentence is not required.

And concomitant with repentance is forgiving all of our fellow man. And if we do not, He will say, "Depart from me, I never knew you." Someone else's sin is in actuality strictly between that person and God (as David got right, when he said, "Against You and You only have I sinned.")

I certainly hope Bachelder is right; the world would be a better place without scum like Osama Bin Laden.

Osama needs the hair of the dog that bit him, but he can't have it because dogs are impure.Probably even figurative dogs. Pity. So die, big O. RIP or without it.

He died and went to hell from Tora Bora. If this sonovabitch had a breath in his degenerate body, he would still be making video tapes as before, he is no more and therefore , phony vocals from yore we hear from this boor.

He is yellow in color, from failing kidneys, and slips in and out of a coma. The required kidney dialysis has failed to help him.

Pee toxicity. That's a good way for him to go, if we can't get him ourselves that is.

It would be nice if we could get the stiff and bury it here, I want drench the remains with some of my own.

I'm using a German euthanism for the last time.

Great word!

Euthanism: Let's "put him to sleep."

Shortly after the Pakistanis flew him out of Afghanistan via helicopter, based upon reports, bin Laden was thought by some to have back surgery, yet a few others thought he'd probably had kidney surgery.

How credible is this reporter?Have you read any of his other work in the past that would make you comfortable with the veracity of this piece?

Batchelor and Alexander have had a lot of good inside scoop since 9-11. They have good sources in some very interesting places. They may not be 100%, but they hit the nail more often than other reporters.

Okay, so I suppose it's time for FR's gift to Western Letters: Osama Haiku....

Osama at rest,
Dialysis machine fails.
Ecstatic Virgins.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

I would go so far as to say he has the best sources of anyone covering this story.

And I agree despite the fact that they both have a slight liberal slant. Nevertheless I find myself listening to them more than I would the Rush Limbagh Variety Show.

My favorites talk show hosts:

1) Bob Grant (The King of Talk Show and best interviewer)
2) Mike Savage
3) Batchelor & Alexander

Yes, but they are both solid on the war.
That's the main thing.
And don't forget Monica Crowly
who recently almost has become a co-host.
She is from Fox and very conservative.

As for their guests they have some leftists
(though they have refused to interview Scott Ritter)
but also lots from the right.

Carl Limbacher, who is on regularly,
certainly is no liberal
and his recent expose
about how Clinton tried to use the military
to deflect attention from Monica
has been devastating.

The crucial thing is
I get good information from it every night
facts that I do not hear anywhere else
(they have been months ahead on some stories
for example, the Buffalo al Qaeda connection).

And yes, a lot of wild speculation as well,
which, I am not ashamed to admit, I love.

My favorites talk show hosts:

1) Bob Grant (The King of Talk Show and best interviewer)
2) Mike Savage
3) Batchelor & Alexander

We must have similar tastes,
those are mine as well.
Keeps you busy from 5 pm to 1 am, though,
doesn't it?
