I would agree that cattle raised exclusively on grass are not very tasty. I would prefer to raise em on grass and then finish em with a good mix of corn and other grains. The only reason for the grain anyway is too add marbling to the muscle.

Well, I am on a modified low-fat diet. I just cut out the sugar, chips, not too much bread. Feel great.

Well, I would agree. The missus would like to have beef totally fed on grass. I am sure my wife will get used to having beef fed on a little grain.
