Error! Checked map. That town really is on the Pakistan border. Looks very wild and remote.

I wonder if Osama or any of his boys were on the plane. Wouldn't that be cool?

Do these folks rate as martyrs? If so . . . that's how many virgins? 302 X 70 = 21,140. Them's a lotta virgins. Can you imagine how ugly that 21,140th one is? Yowsah!

When will Iran learn NOT to purchase planes from Russia??? Geez, the Ilyushin, Tupelov, et al are the WORST planes around. I know a bit about them, partially because I flew on several of them during a couple of trips to the old USSR back in the 70's and 80's. Unbelievable "adventures" I would wish on no one --

The Russian-made Antonov airliner operated by Turkey's military

The Turks operate Antonov's ??? If they do, why were Iranian Revolutionary guards being flown in it? Maybe they mean Turkmenistan, which shares a border with Iran?

The question is...even if we were responsible, Do you think they would find out if it were a covert ops situation? Some things we don't need the answers for, but can sure be thankful they happened!

Sounds like the Iranian government is cleaning house.

Reminds me of the Mob in New York killing off its own hitmen after a mob war to eliminate witnesses.

Go with Alah boys...

Revolutionary Guards are the SS of the Iranian regime. Thye have been killing and torturing their own people for the last 24 years. Iran is a better place today.

Praised be Alah...

Norvoko, just because the people you mean to address are rejoicing at the deaths of Iranian Revolutionary Guards, does not make them commissars, does not make them murderers, and does not make them terrorist. They are simply freepers expressing their opinion.

Silly- your comment is no better than Al-Qaeda sometimes. ;)

Bummer, I mean how horibble!
Saves us some work later, besides, I still remember our embassy staff being paraded around and abused by "students" and those bums so I reckon its payback.

Damn! Now that's a tragedy.

It's Norm's Revenge. Go to the real article, and you'll see that he cut Iran and pasted Turkey. Thanks Norm.

The guy changed the article and then pasted it in. Go to the real article and you'll see that it was operated by Iran's military.
