More Crew to come...

Carnival's cruise ship Triumph docked at St. Thomas.
Ahoy, Freepers! Why not make your next year's vacation a FREEPER CRUISE? Can't think of a better idea!
United we stand for conservative activism AND some good old-fashioned fun, too!
This cruise thread will be running right up until embarkation day. It'll be packed with lots of information.
Post your enthusiastic comments here. Links are provided below for stateroom/fares information, registration form and
the Bahama Mama Q&A thread devoted solely to answers for all your cruise questions and to provide you with smooth sailing.
We strongly urge you to register ASAP. We need a certain number of registrations by a mid-January cutoff date
to ensure our reserved block of cabins with Carnival. From many communications we've received since last year's terrific cruise,
we're certain the interest is out there. We don't want to have to deep-six this event if we don't get enough registrations in a timely manner.
PLEASE NOTE to hold off on making your air tickets reservations until we give you the go-ahead.
We have more than ample lead-time for this cruise and you'll be able to get good air-fare bargains in plenty of time!
Since some air-transportation tickets are non-refundable, we don't want anyone to be left holding the ditty-bag.
As an incentive for early registration, the first 20 Freepers to get their reservations into the travel agency
will win their choice of five (5) sheets of Ocents.com stamp sheets (go to that website for Seeking the Truth's array of terrific stamps!)
They will also receive a usflagballoon.com pin courtesy of Abner (check out Abner's usflagballoon website
to view the colorful pin and some excellent pictures of the US Flag Balloon!) Registrations will be dated and time-stamped by the agency.
Winners will be notified and they'll receive their gift stamps and pins via mail.
We've got a great contest planned for later. A lucky winner will receive a FREE cabin for two!
Last year, the contest was won by our Freeper pal, Taxman. This time it may be you!
Bookmark this thread. We'll keep you posted as plans evolve. Register now for this fun-filled getaway in the sun!
Informal FRN meetings will be held on board which will be full of information and idea-sharing for effective conservative activism.
Rock the boat with your fellow Freepers! Climb aboard today!
This page is for about the cruise.
If you have questions, do not post them here.
Use the Bahama Mama link and ask them there.
Thank you!

Our ship ain't called the "Triumph" for nuttin'!

FReepers, pick up that phone tomorrow and dial our travel agent, the lovely Wanda, at toll-free 1-800-890-7583 (Pacific time) to nail down your cabin of choice.
Our unusually low group cabin rates are still holding firm but time is running short. Take advantage, also, of the $50 per person discount you can subtract from the rates published on our registration form (link above).
Plus, you'll receive some nice donated freeper gifts just for reserving now.
Cruisers also will receive "welcome bags" at the embarkation night cocktail party/mixer. The contents of the bags will be a surprise, but WOW, you'll be gobsmacked (and codswalloped, also) when you open them up. Some of our great freeper donors have come up with some really groovy, unusual items for the bags.
You can make your credit card deposit right on the phone. Wanda will find you a dandy cabin with your own hot-and-cold running International CNN. THAT alone is worth the price of admission. Bring soft, fuzzy little things with you to throw at the TV! But, at least, CNN cameras are everywhere in the world's hot spots, so you won't miss any action.
If something comes up, you can always cancel your reservation before March 21 at absolutely no penalty.
The Good Ship Triumph is where freeper action will be May 31-June 7.
Join the bold, the brave, the beautiful. Sign on NOW!

When the rest of us hit the Jamaican beaches, will your chair be empty. Don't let it happen. Get your reservations in today. Here is a new feature. Each day I'll put up a quality photo of one of the places we'll be visiting on the cruise.
Give me a nice big drink with a little umbrella, and I'll sit quite happily in one of these chairs as the sun sets on this Jamaican beach.

Photo was resized downward. To see the full sized photo, please right click view. After leaving the Carnival dock in Miami, the first port of call will be Cozumel, Mexicio. The partly cloudy east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula and the resort island of Cozumel are apparent in this southwest-looking, low-oblique photograph. Cozumel Island, a popular tourist and resort area 24 miles (39 kilometers) long and 7 miles (11 kilometers) wide, is noted for its beautiful beaches and spectacular coral reefs. Point Molas is visible at the northeast tip of the island. Expansion of roads and clearings for homes, golf courses, and other recreational features are discernible. Cozumel and the Yucatán Peninsula are susceptible to hurricanes from July through mid-October. Hurricane Gilbert in 1987 was the last major hurricane to hit the area.
