Those were the nights in Halifax, as a young undergrad at King's College, starting at the Wardroom and ending at the Palace, with countless stops in between.
What is becoming of Halifax, Warden of Honour of the North, city of endless bars and taverns?

The Palace! What a fleapit.
But what they mean are faculty-sponsored events. Ultimately they don't want inebriated students lolling around wearing "Dal PolSci Drunkfest" t-shirts.

but I am in favour of anything that reduces high school and college drinking. How would a law restricting establishments who legally sell alcohol to those of age do anything to reduce high school drinking?
