Tune into ABC Nightline this evening at 11:35 p.m. and look for DC Chapter members spread throughout the audience. Ted Koppel will host a 90-minute town meeting and the subject is "The War in Iraq: WHY NOW?"
The Nightline panel (as of Tuesday morning, subject to change):
Jim Woolsey, Former CIA Director
Senator John McCain
Rev. Richard Land, So. Baptist Convention
Sen. Carl Levin
Joe Wilson, Former American Ambassador to Iraq
Susan Thistlewaite, Head, Chicago Theological Seminary
Aziz Al-Taee and Muhammed Bahai from the Iraqi-American Council are also in the audience this evening.
The program, taped from 8:00-9:30 p.m., will be broadcast at 11:30 p.m. tonight. Look for the after-action report detailing this event.
