Well, be vigilant. Remember ten years ago from where we are standing we had a liberal Democrat president and congress. But be warned, when we got a conservative president and conservative majority congress, the liberal governments of the world turned on us.

Its time for all GOOD AMERICANS along the canadian border to put flyers on canadian licensed cars telling them
"Go home!!" Those a-holes come here for health care and our prices are better.
I have relatives near canuck land and the mall parking lots have tons of canadian cars.
If the canadian govt these people elected don't like us CLOSE THE BORDERS!!!

These Canadians are merely echoing their American leftist soulmates thoughts. Liberals are the classic love humanity-hate people types. They are convinced of their own superiority but are quite unaware of their own hatred of persons they consider their mental and moral inferiors. Which is of course everyone who doesn't share their enthusiasm for their screwball leftist schemes for world domination. They accuse conservatives of being terrible racists and inhuman killers while they themselves harbor deep hatreds of their own in harmony with their contempt for us. I'll bet there are quite a few Stalins yet lurking in leftist breasts waiting their chance.

Lot of nice country up there in Canada. Maybe we should empty it out and take it.
This mouthing off by Eurotrash and Canadians has gotten way beyond old.
If you can consider invading another country and getting rid of all its citizens because
you don't like what they say or because they aren't willing to support you, maybe their
complaints about your aggression are not misplaced.

I will always be grateful to the brave Canadians who have stood by us during our worst times - one of those was during the Iran Hostage Crisis when the Canadian Embassy sheltered American diplomats from the mobs, at great risk to themselves. Our good neighbor to the North is suffering the same misfortune as we are here in the States: not paying close enough attention, which allowed the leftists to take over our institutions and our government.
I am not going to allow the stupid remarks of a few stupid politicians to change my opinion of the good people of Canada.
Well said.

France,Canada,What's the difference?Canada is just a da*n wasteland anyway and that's where the french have dumped some of their waste.
To: albertabound
I was referring to "Liberals" and leftists regardless of nationality. The disease of "Liberalism" travels unimpeded across national boundaries--like any other plague.

A Frenchman beat you to it. A wasteland, a few acres of snow. His name was Voltaire .
He had an excuse for being wrong.

I was kidding. Sorry.
I love the place. Heard some horror stories about their medical systems, but haven't yet met a Canadian that sounded anything like the ones who write in their newspapers and run their government.
But I've never been to any big cities there, only the backwoods parts.

Western Canadians arise! Throw off the shackles of your oppression and free yourselves from the tyranny of Ottawa! We'd be more than happy to add a few stars to our flag on your behalf. :-)

Spent a bit of time in BC. Havn't met any America haters or liberals there.
Saw kids riding bikes with rifles slung over their shoulders. I thought it was a good thing, even before someone told me about the bears. Then I thought it was a better thing.

I well remember the Hostage crisis too. I was proud of my country on that one. Many Americans have not forgotten that and are quick to give credit where credit is due. Just forgive this Country for what it has now. It's no small wonder that Chretien and Clinton were such buddies. Two peas in a pod!! I also don't blame the Americans who get p o'd at the recent stuff. A lot of them don't know a lot about this Country and if they just swallow what is front and centre on the TV it gives a pretty bad impression. Especially when side kiss opens his mouth and speaks (or tries to)!!

I find your comments very interesting.
I own well over two hundred guns, none of which are registered anywhere, or ever will be.
I do have a concealed carry permit, so one could argue that I am registered - but it covers all of my handguns, without specificity. So I can carry any handgun concealed, without listing it.
Is Canada a free country?
You decide.

Right on - I'm glad you enjoyed B.C. If you don't mind me asking - What part of B.C. did you visit??? I'm in Kelowna in the Okanagan Valley. It is a resort area and is sort of like California's Napa Valley. They call it Napa North. It is a valley that is FULL of vineyards and the winery cottage industry is booming and increasing each year. There is other fruit growing in the area also but a lot of the apple and soft fruit orchards have given way to grapes because the wine industry has become so lucrative. As to guns, I don't think the majority around here have registered anything. Why? Then they just know where to come to confiscate them.

I live in VA, and some idiot knocked down the pentagon. Then his buddies knocked down two buildings in NY. Then some other idiots got killed by some patriots in PA. Then a couple of jerks shot 13 of my neighbors.
So I carry.
